Ordered a make up brush cleaner , took weeks to arrive when it did not fit for purpose , 7 emails sent to return just out right ignorance no customer service and cheap nasty products that do not work.
Don’t waste your time or money.
AVOID - Christmas gift bought in October (make up brush cleaner) Product took more than two weeks to arrive and was broken and unfit for purpose! A replacement was allegedly being sent on 8th December but has still not arrived (3 Jan 26) and all communications since then, including a refund request which according to the website has a 60day money back guarantee remain unanswered. Bitterly disappointed ☹️

Ordered the Polarfix Make up brush cleaner, with a 3 - 5 day delivery period.
Ordered on the 8th December for a Christmas gift, received on the 29th December, the box was crushed due to it arriving in a plastic bag packaging, the item all scuffed and a very poorly made item.
This kind of thing is happening more and more now where people create web sites that have zero products to sell and then just have them drop shipped from china, they lie about when you will receive the item and the items do not look anything like the ones on the fancy web site. This is perfect example of this and my advice to anyone here would be DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
If this item was on a shelf in a shop in the UK it would be Poundland ( I think that says it all).

Scammers. Ordered a product with express delivery and nothing delivered after 2 weeks. Contacted via email loads of times and they have not responded.
Poor service. Items ordered with express deliver 1-3Days do not arrive. Any contact made is ignored. Dispute raised through Bank to claim money back.
