Luvie online shop is a scam don’t purchase from them
Luvie advertised a foundation as a “try me” purchase. This is misleading, we assume try me means you are purchasing a one off trial.
I received the foundation, it’s ok, not quite living up to the claims, but it’s a risk I took and have been billed.
however browsing through my bank account this evening I see a second charge a few weeks later. Apart from not not placing a second order, they had the nerve to bill me AND not even provide the 2nd delivery of foundation that I do not want.
I check my email from the initial order and in fine print they announce they’ll be billing me monthly, presumably the intention to send a foundation every month!! Which I did not agree to.
I am disputing the charge with my bank and going forward the only online shopping I’ll be doing will be the reputable retailers known to me in this country and Amazon.
Obviously a scam, so strongly advise against purchasing from Luvie.
