Very satisfied
In 2014, I ordered some items from this website. I wanted to write a review since they're not a recognized website. I have to admit I was a bit sceptical at first but I did work on my resources carefully (searching for reviews in Chinese etc.). First off I want to thank LuvingAsia for the greatest customer service. They speak English well and they're quick to respond. My order number had some issues since Paypal had some issues at that time. They listened to me and fixed the issue.
The sell Asian products, mostly products which is aimed for health such as diet pills, collagen, powder consumptions etc. which are safe. Most of the items has their ingredients listed so you can read, and as you can see most of the items are made of herbs so I would truthfully say that their items are safe. They do sell cosmetics but not a lot, so I would recommend Sasa or BonjourHK then.
The price class is absolutely fair. Sasa has lots of fair deals and reasonable prices for some items under the health sections, but some of them such as 2B Alternative are way too overpriced.
The shipping costs money but it's very reasonable. You get free shipping if you spend 100$+. but they're shipping the packages as soon as possible. I got my package within 1 week and half.
Sometimes they have good deals. When I was buying I got a free USB flashdriver which is shaped as banana, and it holds 2 GB (which is very good considering I got it for free!).
Only negative thing is they're slow to re-stock their items. They also don't offer EMS shipping.
