Horrible company

I ordered 2 door mats customized for Xmas. They came late weeks after Xmas and they had the wrong name printed on them. I have been emailing the company back and forth and they keep telling me they will not refund my money. In their company policy it states if an item is wrong they will either replace it or issue a refund. So what’s the problem????I already bought my family members another gift in replace of this I do not want to wait another 6 weeks it will be spring to get the Xmas gift I ordered and what if it’s wrong again. Horrible company . Do not order from this company
