Horrendous Wig From Luv Me Hair!
I would post pictures if TP allowed, you have to see it to believe it!

I purchased what appeared to be a beautiful blonde bob wig, very popular and heavily advertised. Having purchased from luvme before, I was horrified when the wig came with multiple exposed lumps and tracks hanging off the lace. I NEVER expected to receive such a horrendous wig from LuvMe. When I tried to get the wig replaced, customer service took three days to follow up with me and that was only because I threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau bureau. Awful wig and customer service.

Beware! LuvMe will strike when you least expect it.

After seeing LuvMe’s dishonest reply - let me reply: Your organization DID NOT reply within 24 hours. I sent a message through the customer service Live Chat and emails. You delivered a horrendous product and provided horrible cuatoner service. Stop the excuses and Do Better!

Shitty wig

The first time I ordered the wig it was a large size and fit well onto my large head. It was stretchy with a comfortable fit. I decided, since I liked it a lot I will reorder the exact same wig. It came in March and didn’t try it on until April as that is when I wanted to use it. It was horrible. The quality was different the size was smaller and didn’t fit on my large head size. It didn’t have the sides that cover next to the ear. It was a straight cut across. Exposing the sides of my head. And the wig slipped right off. So disappointed.
My event is next week. And I have pictures to show the difference in wig quality and size.

Satisfied

I always wanted to buy braids but I was a little nervous to do that so, I said “ok” let’s do it. I did and I tell you it’s like it is coming from my head lol 😂 I received so many compliments. I am satisfied. This is MY HAIR LOL 😂 I recommend all of my friends and family to get this hair! I don’t know if they did but they all agreed! Thank you 🙏🏽 😊

Amazing quality and amazing wig

Amazing quality and amazing wig! First wig I’ve purchased where I don’t have to do anything to it! Literally put it on straight out the box! Knots bleached perfectly and amazing curl pattern!! The wig also doesn’t slip!!! Didn’t even have to glue it down!!

What’s not to luv?

All of their products (wigs) I’ve received over the years have been of great quality and honestly, they just keep getting better. I’ve had one product that didn’t meet my expectations and we got it resolved quickly and to my satisfaction, so customer service is great too!
