LUVME helped me love me….

I have been ordering hair from LUVME for a few years now. I have always been treated amazing. So easy to navigate the website. Placing orders even starting out as a first time customer there are discounts. Prices are affordable and sometimes with the discounts you maybe even able to purchase more than one wig at a time. LUVME accepts all forms of payments even the installment payment plans. Shipping is fast with options as well. I remember one time my order was delivered to wrong address. I contacted customer service with no issues by the end of the week I had my order expedited, and I still received a coupon. Customer service was very polite, knowledgeable, understanding, friendly, and move very fast to accommodate my needs. There are so many great qualities about this company. I honestly was scared to order from any company years ago, but I am glad that I did choose them. I have been a happy satisfied customer ever since. Prior to placing my first order, I have never worn frontal wigs. I’ve always thought that I looked like I had a helmet head in a way, but with the amazing HD or transparent lace, and the Hair tracks Place so nicely I am able to wear the glueless wigs and feel confident in it. LUVME HELPED ME LOVE ME MORE….

New Customer

I am new Luv Me customer. I really do love their wigs. I have a total of 5 and plan to add more to my collection. They are the perfect density and you can pretty much wear them straight from the box. The customer service is A+. Shipping is super fast (which I love). One thing I would like to see this company offer is u and or v part wigs.

Luvme hair units are absolutely beautiful! The customer service is top-tier. Excellent Packaging. Unboxing experience is very exciting. Freebies are awesome. High quality 100% human hair. Caps are very comfortable. Most units that I have require minimal maintenance, all are very natural looking and super soft.

This has been the worst experience i’ve…

This has been the worst experience i’ve ever experienced. Multiple lies from customer service regarding my package to no answer from customer service at all. My package was suppose to be here next day due to luvme not handling my order in a timely manner. They claimed to use some place called Ontrac when they could’ve next day my package through UPS/USPS. This was urgent at this point due to an even that i stressed to them. Now no package luvme says its with ontrac, ontrac says they never received it from luvme so now im dealing with a lost package. i just want my money back and im done with luv me after all these years. I have been complaining about shipment processing, quality hair, poor gifts coming with the hair after spending so much money and poor customer service for 2 years now. This process was my last straw. there’s other vendors with quality hair and better customer service! i rather have my money back i don’t even want the hair at this point.

Luvme had absolutely no accountability. If i was told by your staff it will be next day then i believe next day. I never had a problem with ordering on weekends/weekdays normally the order is handled next business day. unsure if you have a new owner but i definitely can tell the moral has changed!

This process has been so frustrating. the moment i asked for a refund my package got shipped. now there’s a weather delay for something that should’ve been here. Had Luvme used UPS/USPS INSTEAD OF BEING CHEAP i wouldn’t be going through this i just want a refund i refuse to deal with luvme again and i hope everyone i sent their way stop using them too!

To clarify the shipping process transparently for all customers:
Orders require one business day, which is also listed on our policy and listing, for handling before shipment. While the order was placed over the weekend, our warehouse completed packing and handed the package to the carrier within the promised handling timeframe. The carrier does not process shipments over the weekend, tracking updates only begin on the next business day, even if the package has already been transferred.

Regarding the shipping method, the order selected was standard delivery (2–6 business days), in this case, our system automatically assigns a qualified carrier that meets the selected delivery timeframe. This shipment is currently in normal transit and is scheduled for delivery on January 30.

In terms of customer service communication, our records show that all chat inquiries were responded to in sequence by our support team. During peak periods, chat responses may require some waiting time, which may have caused messages to be missed. Your understanding will be greatly appreciated.

Professional quality fiber and exceptional integrity – A true signature piece

Talking about a signature piece is a true pleasure! I received 'Tyra Lee' two weeks ago and immediately performed my pH 6-7 'reset' protocol followed by a metal detox to remove any industrial residues. The fiber is incredibly healthy; it hardly absorbed the extra nourishing masks I applied because the hair was already so well-preserved. It dried naturally with a beautiful pattern and zero shedding after the second wash. It’s even more stunning than when it arrived!
On the second wash, I used a Matrix toner for sun-kissed brunettes to subtly adjust the shade, and it looks excellent now. It removed some oxidized nuances and unwanted orange tones; it’s now perfectly harmonized and shiny. The hair density is perfect. I had zero shedding during the first wash (when some is expected) and not a single strand during the second. It looks even more beautiful after a wash than it did styled, as you can see in the photos! It’s always a pleasure buying from you, both for the quality of the products and the respect you show customers. Thank you for the respect and the high-quality hair.

Big head friendly

Fast shipping! I usually get my wig within 3-5 business days. The all day comfort wigs are the only wigs that fit and are big head friendly. I’ve bout 7 wigs in 3 months, I love luvme!

BEST WIG EVER!!

Love, luv, ❤️. I purchased 2 of the RTG wigs. The first wig that does not look like a wig on my head. I have a large head so the drawstring was perfect. Very comfortable, and ready to go straight out the box. No cutting, no plucking and no make up to blend. Received numerous compliments.

Pixie Wig not as Advertised and Return Process

I am posting this review to express my profound disappointment with a recent purchase and the subsequent return process.

The pixie wig I ordered looked nothing like the advertisement. The product I received was poorly constructed: it was too large, the hair was untrimmed and unlayered, and it would not stay on my head, even with the drawstring pulled as tight as possible.

I initiated a return, and the wig was confirmed as received at your warehouse on January 9th. However, my refund was not processed until I proactively inquired about its status on January 20th. This delay is unacceptable. While I paid for my order immediately, I have now been forced to wait for the return to be approved and for the refund to be processed, a timeline far exceeding reasonable expectations.

Your company's repeated apologies and claims of "great customer service" ring hollow when contrasted with this experience. I expected better.

If I do not receive my full refund by January 23rd, I will escalate the issue by opening a dispute with PayPal and sharing my negative experience on all available review platforms. This has been a very disappointing transaction, and I will not be making future purchases from Luvme.
