Shame on me for not doing my research. I have been emailing for a week trying to get a refund b/c I purchased items specifically for an event, a MONTH AND A HALF BEFORE THE EVENT, and they arrived after the event. Not only did they arrive late, but items do not look like what's on the website. Stay away. I reported to econsumer.gov and am filing a claim with my bank. Frankly, I think they are not responding to anyone b/c they know they are toast. Stick with Amazon and trusted stores, folks!

Trying to get ahold of these people is like pulling teeth, they certainly do not want to respond to email.

If I could give a zero, I would. I received my order very late and the quality of the item was horrible. I immediately sent an e-mail asking where I could return the item. It took a number of days to get a response but when I did they said that they could send me a coupon for another purchase. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again. They told me to either give it away or try to sell it to someone. I told them I wouldn't because the item is of such poor quality. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company EVER.

Horrible experience! It took over a month to receive the item and it was extremely cheap material. And they won’t respond to any emails! SCAM!!!

Same as everyone else. I did get the merch but it was absolute rubbish, terrible terrible stuff. I tried to return, no reply. Really bad experience.

This is the first review I have ever written for a product in my life, but the entire experience was so bad it warrants me to try something new. I received very cheap clothing 2 months late with no return label and no one answering my emails about returning. Really deserves 0 stars.

They are kind of scam I think.

I paid $98 on May 28th by paypal and when I clicked “view my order” on my email, all I could see was “page not found” with some Chinese letter.

This is horrible and I sent multiple emails to service email they never answer. (Email on their website)

Horrible site. All that money gone to waste even the sizes are wrong and didn’t receive half of what I ordered.

I wrote customer service to exchange or return a swimsuit. Size chart was way off and they won't respond to inquiries. A scam site.

This company does not deserve a 1...Horrible company. My jeans and jean shorts look like 2 year old made them. 3 weeks and I can't get a response to return them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY

Clothing is absolute garbage, neither fit so I tried to return. Emailed their customer service as directed and messaged on Facebook (a total of six attempts to reach out) and never heard back. Absolute scam and garbage, I should've looked into it first before buying off of a Facebook ad.

Absolute scammers stay away. If you receive anything it will take forever and it will be the crappiest fabric you can imagine. Think fabric curtain material kind of plasticky that probably cost them $1.00. You cant do returns cause nobody returns your email. Their address is everywhere and nowhere like absolute scammers. Even their tracking numbers are fake. STAY AWAY!!!

I’ve been duped - I even looked up reviews before I ordered anything, and couldn’t find any - until just now?? I ordered $180 of stuff about a month ago, but haven’t received anything. Over the past couple of days I’ve sent several emails to their customer service with no response. I’m so annoyed with myself for being stupid - scam companies like this need to be stopped.

SCAM- I purchased items and never received them. Gave me a fake tracking number that never showed a shipment. Comes from somewhere in China and reported them to credit card company. They are such a piece of garbage company.

I wish no stars were an option truthfully. I also wish I would’ve researched this before ordering. I waited over a month to receive this red and pink red shoulder dress for it to arrive with the material feeling like a table cloth - the kind you buy at the party store for kids birthday parties. The second dress I ordered was supposed to be a sweatshirt material and it arrived feeling like medical gauze. The photos are DECEIVING and just as the other reviews mentioned.... customer service does not exist. They need to be shut down completely.

THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY! Not only is the customer service non-existent, they enjoy ignoring their customers. The clothes ARE A SCAM. Worst quality fabric you can imagine. It's pretty obvious to me now that they have decided to showcase high-quality clothes on their website and then reproduce those items in the cheapest way possible. Dont even get me started on the 2+ months I had to wait just to get my order... AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

Very long time to receive my order,also it came from China ,it didn't even track until it got shipped to the USA,made it sound like it was shipped from California, scam...don't order from this company

It's a SCAM! I ordered $110 worth of clothing and received nothing after 1 month. They have NO contact number and never replied to either of my emails. When i click on "check my order status" I get a 404 - No page found.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!! I ordered 4 items. Took forever to get them. Only received 3 items. The Cute flower dress I ordered came as a men’s Button up Hawaiian shirt with a sash. Absolutely crap quality. DO NOT ORDER from them!!
Total scam and complete waste of money!
