I need a last minute ticket and get it with resanable price in short time!

Awful, do not trust at all. I bought a flight from them. Later that night they reached out and needed more information because the ticket was from a KLM points holder. Then they said I would have the ticket emailed to me later that evening. The next morning I have nothing, I send a text and am told they are busy due to people wanting to leave the middle east, but my flights are next on que. Then nothing for several hours. I reach out again and was told would have within in an hour. Two ours later I reach out to be told that KLM had raised the price, but they had something for me the next morning. Unacceptable service.

I actually had found flights myself I was going to get, before trying this useless service. Now those flight prices are gone.

My experience with Michael Ross was extremely positive. He was prompt in answering emails and respected the fact that I did not want to speak on the phone. He got me a good deal on business class from Louisville to London. I would not hesitate to use Lux Flights again. Having flown transatlantic in lie flat seats 6 years ago, I am unable or unwilling to go back to economy. Finding a lie flat seat that doesn't require a bank loan is getting harder each year. Thankfully, I stumbled across Lux Flights.
