My daughter bought stickers for her first babies room, shoddy to say the least. Overpriced and nothing like the pictures. Customer service were nasty and threatening when requested a refund. Avoid this company like the plague.
Unfortunately after trying to reach out through multiple emails, chats and phone calls I have not been able to successfully reschedule my delivery date due to the lack of response and communication. I received two emails reply but no follow up email for my inquiries.
I am disappointed because I really wanted this to work, hopefully I can get my deposit back.
Lux Baby was great. Our little one arrived 3 weeks early and they sped up our planned delivery date of the Snoo. The equipment was clean and organized and it was easy to accept as a delivery

I saw this company on Instagram and thought it would be worth trying out after struggling for weeks to decide on what stroller would work best for my little family. I loved being able to rent a few options a month at a time to fully use at home before picking my favorite. Now after successfully trying out Lux.Baby and experiencing how easy it is with delivery and pick up, I feel comfortable recommending this company and renting more products in the future.

My partner found this company online. They seem to be pretty new but we were happy with the delivery, assembly, and rates for our Snoo rental. We knew we wanted a smart sleeper but I couldn't pull the trigger with the sticker price with everything going on right now. Renting with Lux.Baby was a great alternative. We both recommend them for medium-term baby furnishing needs.
