Not What I Expected for Watchlist Alerts, But Refund Was Smooth

I bought the Ultimate Edition during Black Friday mainly to use the Price Action Concepts (PAC) Conditions fields to generate signals and scan them across a large U.S. equities watchlist.

After about a week and a half of testing, I realized the workflow I expected isn’t really possible — the alerts/signals don’t function as a true watchlist scanner unless you manually apply the indicator to each stock chart one by one, which defeats the core reason I subscribed.

I ended up using the 30-day money-back guarantee.

The process was a bit slow honestly speaking but understandable. Their AI agent responded and routed me to a human support rep (Rodrigo).

The experience i had was professional and pleasant so i really appreciate it.

If they ever add proper watchlist-level scanning/alerts, I’d definitely come back and try again.

Rodrigo king of customer service

Rodrigo quick reply beautiful advice, straight to the point. When I was at the lowest point in my life, my wife left me, my dog died and Rodrigo just swiftly entered my chat messages, hit me with the, "All is well, don't worry my child" And all my problems were fixed, my wife come back, I became a profitable trader, all to Rodrigo. Lux Algo Is also very useful for backtesting strategies on the future, forex, coin... etc.

LuxAlgo is great but the refund policy…

LuxAlgo is great but the refund policy is extremely poor and i will like to warn others . I gave #PAY MINE..# a chance and it has been a evergreen memory .Superb service and I have been paid with ease .

I am writing this to warn potential…Charged $719.88 for unwanted renewal. Refused refund immediately. PREDATORY!

I am writing this to warn potential customers: Do not trust this company with your credit card.

LuxAlgo automatically charged me a massive $719.88 USD for a second year of subscription without any prior notification. I contacted their support immediately to explain that I had not used the service and did not intend to renew.

For a charge of this size ($700+), any reputable business would issue a refund when the customer cancels immediately. However, LuxAlgo refused, hiding behind their "Terms of Service" to keep my money.

I even raised a dispute via PayPal, but LuxAlgo fought it strictly based on the technical billing agreement.

The verdict: They care more about trapping one customer for $720 than their reputation. Taking this amount of money for a service that isn't being used is absolutely unethical. STAY AWAY.

For clarity, our subscriptions renew automatically using the same payment method provided at signup, and the refund window applies only to a first initial purchase within 30 days. Renewals aren’t included in that policy, which is why this renewal was evaluated as valid.

Even so, because the concern was raised right away, we offered a courtesy partial refund outside of policy to help resolve the situation fairly — something we don’t typically extend on renewals.

We apply the same policy consistently to everyone, and we never charge beyond what’s clearly disclosed before subscribing. If anyone ever has questions or needs help before a renewal, we always recommend reaching out — we’ll always look for fair solutions when contacted promptly.
