This is a DK-named website, but placed in Hong Kong, and products are of very bad quality and you have no rights afterwards.

Contacting customer service you will be replied by "Marianne Petersen", who is probable not a "real" Marianne.
I would expect that the very few positive stories from this site, also is generated by the company it self through fictive profiles.

I recommend, you don't buy from the company.

Worst company service and product ever , received broken products and they still refuse to refund my money or to fix the problem , never ever buy anything from them and tell everyone you know to stay clear of them

Terrible customer service experience, would have it it zero stars if possible. Overall an awful experience shopping and dealing with a return. The company does NOT car about their customers or being helpful. I'm surprised, especially reading all their bad reviews on trustpilot, facebook pages, etc that they are still in bussiness. DO NOT support this company!!

I bought the trending Hareem al Sultan perfume. It took almost a month to arrive and it is fake.

They sent me a shirt that was several sizes too short. I’ve written to them and they just ignore my mails. Stay away from them.

For 13 days ago I bought a perfume and didn’t get any confirmation and still haven’t received my order and now I have to pay 210kr for nothing I emailed them but got no response never gonna trust these kinda things again

Hello. I do not recommend ordering from this company! I ordered warm leggings, but they were not delivered. They don't want to return the money. In general, the correspondence has been going on for 3 months and there is no sense. I read reviews that this is a problematic company and you do not need to shop here. You will not receive any goods or money.

Do not buy from them. Sell products that are with failures and do not offer any kind of customer service or returns. They are terrible and breaking consumer buying laws

Drop ships absolute garbage and charges a lot for them. They don't take their crappy products back within the legal time period. I only bought from them because it's a Danish website but their stuff still comes from outside the EU.

I hope this place gets shut down for bad practices and shady business. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Even I have received smaller size of pants and they are not responding to my emails even. be careful. Don't shop and don't fall into this scam

We bought a couple of pants from this company but after receiving them it turned out to be too small. We asked to exchange them (at our expense) for a larger size which they did not agree to. Watch out when you buy at luxaliva, even though returning/exchanging clothing is common - this company will not exchange unless they sent you the wrong item or it was received damaged.
