Small Asian size
I bought a sweater and the size XL was right but too small. I was offered a 40% reduction of the price on my whole next purchase and I think that was good compensation. I can sell the small sweater to a friend.

This store refuses refunds
This store refuses refunds. Bought a cardigan that has loose threads and was cheaply made.
I was offered a partial refund in the form of store credit for a broken product and have since been ignored for wanting a full refund in accordance with their TOS.
Shop elsewhere.

I bought headphones that arrived after…
I bought headphones that arrived after 3 weekend and were broke and did NOT WORK. I contacted Luxan customer service and they offer me 10% refund!!!! Otherwise I have to by myself send back the item to China by myself.
I can NOT RECOMMEND this website to anyone please be careful to purchase anything. If it is broken or does not work you will NOT get your money back!!!
