Luxatree 

Same as everybody else here, I saw an advert on TikTok for the Luxatree pop up tree and purchased in good faith. Received emails from the company saying it had been dispatched but the tree never arrived. Now website has disappeared and they are uncontactable.

For everybody here who has been through the same, I contacted my bank and explained the scam to them. They refunded my money to me so hopefully others can get this help too.

Very same thing happened to me as everyone else on here. Ordered 6ft tree around mid November., received a confirmation email. Weeks later nothing, tracking information not available, no word from company. Tried to send emails, they all came back saying email doesn't exist. No refund no website available now to leave review. Total scam . Don't fall for it. That's my hard earned money I'll never see again.

UPDATE: I had paid through my revolut account. I submitted a review of what happened to me. Revolut made a complaint on my behalf, I got a full refund. Might be worth a try for yourselves.

Scammer company, had an email saying order dispatched and gave a tracking number, tried tracking but the website no longer exists and tracked doesn't work. Absolute rip off 😪

Ordered a tree on 26th November, still waiting. Tried to email the company, no response, website no longer available. One big SCAM!

Appaling, blooody ridiculous. I ordered my Xmas Tree on the 12 December, and of course after realising the company was in California I gave up hope for my order arriving in time for Xmas, nonetheless I assumed anytime after will be fine so I can use the tree next Xmas, low and behold after trying to track the order the entire website is not accessbile anymre. there is no way to get in contact with these scammers, so disappointed that I trusted this service as it was an add on Facebook & TikTok I had seen

Complete scam!! Should be ashamed of themselves, taking advantage of buyers at an expensive time of the year as it is...parents clearly didn't raise these people to have any scruples!!

Nothing received.

Tracking number fake.

No reply to emails.

I ordered a christmas tree on the 29th november, but nothing is delivered yet ...scammers, they ignore emails and their sites are closed now. I am so disappointed in my self for loosing money like this 😪. And my kids are sad , they will have Christmas without a tree 🌳 💔.

Ordered a tree on 30th November after seeing adverts on social media. Was apparently dispatched on 1st December and have been following the supposed tracking information, which disappeared today. The website is no longer available and emails are bouncing back. Can’t actually believe it, wish I’d looked for reviews beforehand. Lesson learned.

Do Not Order from these people! I placed my order for a 6ft tree and received an email
Informing me my order had been accepted and my tree was out for delivery, waited 2 weeks and it never arrived. I tried sending emails to the ‘customer support’ only for them to be bounced back. Luckily I was able to get my money refunded through my bank.
I am very disappointed, this is my first Christmas in my new flat following a very trying 2022, I was looking forward to decorating my place, my way. Now I have no Christmas tree and sadly, very little Christmas spirt.

Ordered 30th Nov, dispatched (supposedly) on 1st Dec.

Nothing.

Emails ignored. Website now unavailable. Tracking number does nothing, whereas before it showed ordered and shipped information.

Clearly a scam. Actually disappointed in myself for falling for this.

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered a tree on the 28th November. I received an email the next day saying it would be delivered between 6th-13th December. It is the 15th December and no tree. I have sent four emails and no response to any of the emails. And now the website is now "unavailable". Amanda Jose is apparently the owner of this store. She's a complete fraud and scam artist

I ordered 2 trees on 11/22/23 and as of today I still haven’t received them. The website site is no longer available. Tracking number is no longer available. This company seems to be a SCAM!

Ordered 28th November not received, no reply to emails and account now closed !!!
