Happy with the purchase overall

I ordered a watch from this company about two weeks ago after comparing several options online. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was straightforward.
The watch arrived within the estimated delivery window and was packaged securely. In terms of appearance and build quality, it matched what I expected based on the product photos and description. I've been wearing it regularly for the past few days and so far everything is working as intended.
The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that tracking updates were somewhat limited during transit, which made it difficult to know exactly when the package would arrive. Other than that, the overall experience was positive and customer support answered my pre-purchase questions.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase and would consider ordering from them again.
