At first, the device arrived very fast and worked great. After three uses it broke. I emailed and was surprised at how quickly they responded and promised to dispatch a new one immediately. two weeks later nothing had appeared. They apologised and said there had been an error in processing it and would dispatch again. Another week, still nothing and I contacted them again. They apologised and said it would be shipped immediately. Here we are; a month to the date that I first got in contact with them and still nothing. Great at answering emails, shocking at living up to their promises. Will be looking to claim back from bank now as 5 weeks on from ordering and item is still broken.

The beauty device I bought is gentle on my sensitive skin. It feels soothed after using it and I can actually see the difference in a short amount if time. It is a lovely design and easy to use.

I used this first a few weeks ago….I had to keep charging it as it lost charge after 15 mins over a few days …..and it also kept stopping and starting . I emailed the company that told me to make sure it was charged …….!
It’s extremely sensitive to how much serum I put on ….but has never worked properly however much or little I have used .
It was no better after another week I so emailed again and have been told to video myself with the problem and they will review it .
Not easy to do living alone and why would I ask for a replacement if it was ok . Really bad service .
Never again buying from a company I don’t recognise .
The 2stars are for the quick email response .

Loving my facial sculpture

Purchased from Amazon on next day delivery. Really good price at under £20. Happy so far as it feels really nice on skin. Only used for 2 days so can’t comment on results yet.

After charging for 3 hours as per instructions .my wife used it twice first time for 10 minutes .second time it stopped working after 7 minutes .no lights nothing .so recharged it again 3 hours .worked for 6 minutes and stopped again .useless only charges through a USB port not a mains plug .have e mailed lux cove for a returns address and label .I want a refund its a piece of useless junk againcfrom China don't be fooled save your money

Delivery and packaging was very good..have noticed a difference with my neck and overall my skin feels soft and looks healthy

Mine is already faulty after less than a week of use. The red LED blinks on and off while the other colours keep swapping around.
I wish I’d read more reviews, as apparently they usefully break and customer service is bad at giving refunds, so it feels like a scam. Avoid!

Simple to order, kept upto date, delivery prompt, packed well, products good quality, face mask amazing, only used 2wks,been ill last two, hoping restart next week, skin feels amazing, not sure wrinkles look diff, but early days, but like said skin feels amazing after use.

I ordered the facial sculpt on Saturday 30th January and am still waiting for my order despite the site stating an express delivery. I have emailed luxcoveshop01 a gmail account, 3 times with no response to my emails.
Please do not waste your money or time ordering from lux cove, they were so quick to take my money but have no customer service what so ever.
I am requesting my money to be refunded by my bank as I believe the company is not legitimate and falsely promises what they cannot clearly deliver.

Great product! Beautifully presented. I would definitely be happy to buy as a present for a friend. Feels lovely to use, just waiting on results which hopefully will start to see very soon.

I Have left only 2 weeks before leaving a review. I have today been asked If I have been having any collagen treatments as my skin is looking plumped😃 I have recommended to family and friends and they too have ordered.

It's lovely to use and feels healing and lifting. The vibrations cut out every now and then. Still would highly recommend. My skins feels lifted.

No reply to my email , ordered received emIl to say kn way , no tracking number . States delivered but 100 % it hasn't. Feel it maybe a scam, please respond as NOT HAPPY LACK OF COMMUNICATION

What an amazing little device !!! I have been using it every day for a few weeks and I can definitely see a difference in my skins firmness and texture. I have alternated between using the red and the green light and I can honestly say that the area around my jowls do not seem as ‘jowly’ . A friend has also commented on how smooth the skin looked on my face looks !!! It was quick delivery and is simple to use . One very happy customer !!
