Incomplete order, incorrect items
Originally my order split into 2 shipments with only 1 out of 4 items making it out of the warehouse.
After a little over a week, I contacted them because the tracking info for my remaining 3 items had not updated or changed.
They rushed a priority shipment to me to make things right, which I appreciated. The "remainder" of my order arrived today but I received the wrong items.
At this point, I would not consider ordering from this company again as they have screwed up multiple times in my one and only order.

Incredibly fast and accurate. Well-packaged while at the same time using minimal packaging. Everything arrived correctly, safely, and quickly. Which is extra amazing since it shipped from Japan! Items shipped within the US don’t arrive this quick. Would definitely ship here again.
