TOTAL SCAM

TOTAL SCAM.
I ordered a strap and a different one arrived. I submitted a return request and sent multiple emails to the customer service, never got any reply. They even sent me an email to review the strap but when you click on it you can't leave a review - it just directs you to the shopping page again.
Absolute scammers, wasted my money.

This must be a scam.

This must be a scam.
When ultimately I got the strap and informed Luxe Straps that it was too large and wanted a refund, it took ages to get any communication.
Eventually they told me to return it to them (at my expense) for a refund. I got a confirmation (sent it via Tracking Post) that the returned strap had been received.
In the nearly 2 months since, and despite a 'reminder' email from me to them that they have not yet paid the refund, NO COMMUNICATION.

I actually got the Apple Watch strap…

I actually got the Apple Watch strap but in the wrong colour with the finish type, so I sent a request to exchange it. A few days later, only to receive an email saying I have to send it to china at my own expense. Paid $49 AUD. I would avoid at all costs.

No help from the company

I ordered a strap, after checking out the size changed to the wrong size and then they refused to help. Despite reviews on their website detailing this scenario occurring before and being able to assist Dave tells me once an order is placed nothing can be done.

This website is a scam

This website is a scam. Steer clear. Ordered a strap costing £49 on 1st July. No delivery, no contact from the company and the website tracker says no contact from the courier. Asked by website email for prompt delivery or full refund and got no response.
