A very good toothbrush. I have used many like it before but this is the best I’ve used. I had a slight issue and contacted customer service who were quick to reply and sorted everything out in minutes for me. I recommend anyone to try this product.

Peter from Customer Service is the man. My device broke within warranty but was out of stock. Luxe kindly offered to replace with another product, even one more expensive in good faith. He helped me pick something as a gift for my wife. Top man.

My water flosser wouldn’t work so I got in touch with Luxecare and received a reply to my email almost immediately (and on a Sunday!). I emailed Peter back and told him what had happened and it was decided that they would send me a new flosser. How refreshing dealing with a company who care about their customers. Initially I received a faulty unit. It would only work for about 15 seconds and then the battery would should as empty.
I contacted customer care and they were very responsive and agreed to send me a replacement after I sent a video showing the unit draining from 100-0 in seconds.
I received the replacement unit which is excellent. It is a great product. Customer care were very helpful throughout, and very focused on customer satisfaction.
