Outstanding customer service. I have received exceptional treatment from 2 or 3 companies over the past year and Luxe is up there with the best of them. Special mention to Peter who was prompt, professional and empathetic.
In a nutshell the product I ordered could not be used by my wife as she has a medical implant. This was not apparent until reading the detail in the instructions.
I reached out and, because of the circumstances, Peter arranged a pre-paid return which was collected from my house and then a prompt full refund on their receipt of the return.
It would have been good to know the product restrictions before ordering however the way Peter handled things was exemplary.
Luxe is now on our list of ‘preferred suppliers’

My Water Flosser developed a fault, I contacted LUXE support via email and received a response within fifteen minutes on a Saturday informing me that a replacement unit is being sent from their warehouse.

This is a nice toothbrush - easy and comfortable to use, good clean design, and does the job. I have used this regularly for a month now, with no problems yet. Don't be put off by the circular yellow plinth in the images - this is not part of the package.

I bought the Luxe intelligent Sonic Toothbrush + Travel case a few months ago. Its now my go-to toothbrush. It has a very good battery-life (rechargeable). Its light very fubctional and was a great price also. I'm very happy with this product

Using the Luxe Sonic toothbrush is much more enjoyable than any previous experiences I’ve had with electric toothbrushes. I’m not sure whether it is the extremely high vibration spec or the easy to use small but effective brush head, but for my small mouth, I’ve never experienced something that thoroughly cleans my teeth and gums so well….it is truly a joy to use (and the cute animations on the display just add positivity to that experience).

I’m buying a second, just in case I ever lose the one I’m using!

Easy ordering, delivery on time.
The water flosser works well once you get used to using it. Messy process, best done over a sink or bath, but the results are good.

Just had an issue with a Luxe Flosser I purchased, contacted Luxe support who replied almost immediately and are sending out a replacement, to add to their superb customer service they are also sending me additional Flosser heads as a free gift.
Never had service like this before from any company, can highly recommend Luxe as a business.
