I'm somewhere between a 4 and a 5 for this review. There was a shipping delay for my order which caused my dress to take a while to show up. I want to say thank you to Marissa at their support email for helping me through the process. She reassured me and made sure my dress got to me. When I did finally receive the dress I was floored by the quality. I will be shopping again especially because of the great customer service.
