Most realistic, finely detailed and true to color

I purchased my Lux Lenses on Friday the 12th at 11:40 pm and they were delivered Wednesday the 17th at 9 am. Please keep in mind your purchase is coming all the way from Dubai and if you order over the weekend those days are not counted at buisness days. International shipping is subject to inspection at any time and may delay your delivery date. Lux Lenses has absolutely no control over international inspections. I was aware of all of theses things when I ordered and was expecting my shipment Thursday. I was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered Wednesday early morning. Now onto the lenses! I ordered the Cloeique Flourite Lux Blue Green Lenses with no prescription. Please check out their instagram to see what lenses will look like with certain eye colors and keep in mind that color payoff will vary based on the natural color of your eye. My lenses are beautiful and they are very true to color over my dark brown eyes. I’m excited to order again and again from Lux Lenses. Please read the instructions before using your lenses and be prepared to care for them so they last! Thank you Lux Lenses for sending me such a stunning set of lenses. These are easily the most realistic, finely detailed and true to color lenses I have ever owned. Sending love and positivity to Lux Lenses, be safe and stay blessed!!!❤️

lenses were different colour

i received my contacts the other day and had no problem with the delivery, but had an issue with the contacts. Ive always recommended and used this company as my go to for any lenses and i have never had an issue before as they are comfortable to wear. I regularly use to order the same colour numerous times but on this occasion thought that i would try something different. I tried them on today and realised that both contacts are different as one is a lighter shade of green and the other is much darker and you cant really tell i have a lense in that eye. Not only are the contacts pricey but you expect the product of purchase to be up to the standard of the price you pay. Very disappointed!

By far the BEST contact lenses I have ever tried. So comfortable and you can't even tell it's not my own eye color unless you come really REALLY close or use a magnifying glass lol! The service was great too I got my order in 3 days as promised on the site. I will definitely buy again.

This was my third order with Luxe…

This was my third order with Luxe Lenses and I really love their lenses. I have tried Solotica and Cloeique and both are comfortable and very natural on the eyes. I highly recommend the Cloeique Flourite Luxe for those looking for light blue lenses with a border because it is the best one I have found and I am a contact lens wearer since 10 years so I know what looks good when I see it. It has a medium coverage over the eye so it gives the most natural look without those weird looking dots you see when you're close. I sent my review to Luxe Lenses and they asked me to share it here so here it goes. I give them 5 stars for speedy delivery, honest customer service reps and good quality products.

I have dark brown eyes by the way and my skin tone is light-medium.

Don’t bother

Dear Anonymous, we remember your case as it was the first time we experienced a delay in delivery which was caused by US customs holding your package for inspection. We do care and in fact offered to send you a second package which you would have received shortly after you contacted us so we did our best to fix the situation. Customs is a government agency and when they choose to hold a shipment it is not our fault and there is nothing we can do about the delay. And yes you are correct we gave you the refund immediately as you refused the second package we offered to send. We are sorry about your frustration but we don’t think we deserve the review you have left as we did try our best to help.

To help us understand what we could have done better kindly explain what you expected that we did not do: This is what took place:
1) We shipped your package on time.
2) US Customs and Border Protection selected the package randomly for inspection.
3) We immediately emailed DHL and made follow up calls to find out how long this was going to be delayed.
4) When it took more than 48 hours we offered to send you another package
5) You asked for a refund instead and we agreed immediately.
6) You received a refund.

The issue is not to pay that but that it was unexpected: usually companies take care of this themselves. I have ordered contact lenses from other UAE based companies before and this did not happen.
I got two pairs of contacts about $50USD each. Cloeique contacts are comfortable. The color could have more depth to it. Also, due to the extra charges they became more expensive than solotica lenses, because altho soloticas have a higher price tag, they will last you 1 year but cloeique last 6 months.

Hello, we are sorry to hear about your experience with taxes and customs charges in Canada. Unfortunately we have no control over the taxes charged by Canadian customs at the border. This is clearly stated during checkout in our terms and conditions which you need to read and tick before placing your order. Some companies place fake low values of 1-$5 on their shipments so you don’t get charged customs but this is an illegal practice. If we were to pay customs charges on your behalf we would not only be making 0 profit we would be losing on every sale which would mean we would no longer be in business unfortunately. We are happy however to put a gift value on your order and this may remove the customs and duties at borders but you need to leave us a message during checkout so we do this for you.

The color is not as described.

I confess Im very frustrated.
The shipping was fast and I got super excited but unfortunately the color is not as described. It doesn't match the picture.
I got a Ice one because according to te picture was the color that would be closer to my previous one from another brand.
Turns out its too light and they dont accept returns.

We do our best to include all the details and ensure that you are fully informed about what you are purchasing from us.
We have also clearly explained in the listing for Ice that the final outcome of colored contact lenses depends on your natural eye color and skin tone. The following is what we have included as well under the description “Solotica lenses can look different on different eyes. The lenses are made up of tiny pixels of color that will blend with your natural eye pigment to create a resulting color unique to you. ”

I had been following this company on…

I had been following this company on Instagram for a while and finally took the plunge to try these lenses that appeared so unbelievably natural on the eyes and I LOVE it! They look so good I couldn't believe my eyes. I ordered the Cloeique brand in Aqua Luxe because they where cheaper and I'm really happy. Because the review here motivated me to shop I thought I should leave my review too. Shipping was fast I got my order in 3 days.
