Do not buy from this scam company. They send you terrible quality fakes then block you when you ask for a refund. Absolute fraudsters.

The worse company I have ever come across, a company based in the uk, but the clothes are from china, spent £80 for 2 sets of clothes, they turned up and was half my size, sent them an email & they wanted £47 to send them back, so then offered me a £48 refund and keep them, 16th June and now there email has been blocked and deleted, after saying I will get the refund, company is a fraud, please don’t get clothes from them on Facebook links

Do not use this company. They are a scam. Send fake poor quality clothes. I tried to return and they kept giving me offers to keep it and then never sent me back my money. I have submitted this company to be looked into and also sent it to BBC! They have now blocked the email address, so all the rubbish you hear from Sofia is lies. Do not buy!

How can this company still be trading? They’re selling fake clothes, bad fake clothes. Poor quality, no labels, absolutely shocking. They say they’l refund and don’t but “Sophia” keeps saying g she’s sent it. Very poor counterfeit clothes but sold as genuine. They wasn’t all that cheap so i genuinely wasn’t aware I was buying fakes. They also say they’re based in London and they absolutely are not!
My emails to them now bounce back, undeliverable. Complete con artists!

RUBBISH quality, RUBBISH service.They would not answer any of my emails for a refund. I ordered a dress for a wedding and the delivery date was two weeks after what they said. order #5011. When it came the material was rubbish and the colour was not the same as the picture. Then when I emailed them several times for a refund they didn't have the decency to even respond. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not buy from this company, fack goods from China, then you can’t even return the goods, stay away this company should be blocked

Do not use this company.
They are selling the items as “real” when they are fake.
When I told them I was unhappy with this and wanted to return the item, they now say it has to be returned to Asia at my expense.

What a scam !! Item arrived after waiting weeks ! Do not like it ,Emailed 6 times to ask for information how to return as absolutely nothing in parcel to say ! Do not know the returns address so looks like i’ve got to keep it and loose £50 !!! Should know better i guess

I should’ve known better more fool me. rubbish product which does not come from. London comes from China not remotely the quality or anything like advertised and you can’t return because you have to pay the return cost of tracked postage to China.

How are Facebook allowing these thieving scammers total parasites to scam people and get away with it …AVOID at all costs

Ordered and item that never came. Also had priority shipping. Asked for refund of the priority said ok. No refund. Than asked to refund everything ,cause have not received anything.

This is a company who has a website which makes it look like it’s a London high street store.

When in fact they are sending orders to China to be manufactured on order and the quality is poor and it is not authentic. They will only offer you 30% refund of clothing if you do not like the items. Other than that you have to pay full shipping back to China for returns.

Do not purchase from here. I would leave 0 if I could. Complete scam pretending to be closing. I actually can’t believe I fell for it but it did. Took months to arrive and no reply from support when requested refund. Now finally arrived and quality is horrendous and they won’t accept returns. They need to be reported as don’t adhere to standards in UK. This is not a company in London they are based in China

Outrageous scam. No labels no washing instructions. Cheap acrylic and certainly not cashmere. Now the company is in liquidation and no crrespo fence replied to. A total con.
Received 6 weeks after supposed date

I ADVISE EVERYONE NOT TO PURCHASE LUXELLE-LONDON GOODS. The advertised wool trench coat I ordered contained no wool and was poor quality. It took four times longer than advertised to arrive and having ordered size18 I received size 4XL . My complaint and request to return has received no response .

The items, when finally delivered, were not as advertised. The quality is poor, there are no material labels or washing instructions on them.
