Not reliable at all.

I made 2 orders back in November 2025, I asked the owner to give me an update on the orders and every month he was saying that the orders would be ready by the end of that month and would ship as soon as possible.
Every month was the same story: I didn't receive the orders and I kept asking for updates, getting the same reply. In the background the owner was sharing some updates in Instagram saying that the orders were almost ready (therefore lying constantly).
After a lot of months of waiting I decided to get a refund, that will also take some time because of problems the owner is having with the payment processor.
Hopefully eventually I will get my money back but this has been a terrible experience.
Now I know this guy is restructuring and planning to open another online shop, please stay away from that shop too

No Mega Dreams but ''Mega schemes'' ..

After waiting since December on my order and after countless messages I finally received my money back this month after threatening with legal consequenses.

At first it all seems quite harmless, and you take into account that it’s “just” a student who has simply taken on too much work. But after all the excuses—from payment issues to renovations—it becomes clear that this is actually a very cunning seller.

I hope everyone gets their money back, but I doubt it. As a tip, I’d say: file a report if you don’t get your money back! And for new customers, please go somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible experience – avoid this company

I strongly advise others to stay away from this business.

They charged my card immediately, but after almost 4 months I still have not received the order or my money back. Communication has been extremely poor and the promises they make are never fulfilled.

At first they kept saying the order would be shipped soon. That never happened. Later they promised to issue a refund, claiming it would take about two weeks due to an issue with their payment provider. That was over a month ago, and I still have not received any refund.

I have sent multiple emails asking for updates, tracking information, or simply my money back. Every time I either get vague answers, excuses, or no response at all.

Holding a customer’s money for months without delivering the product or refunding the payment is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The whole experience feels extremely suspicious and dishonest.

At this point I am forced to escalate the case with my bank and report it.

Avoid this company if you value your money.

This situation has now become absurd…

This situation has now become absurd and ridiculous. This is without a doubt the worst online shopping experience of my life. There has been ineffective communication, no shipment at all, and constant excuses of “three to four weeks” to delay customers. They even refuse refunds using so-called “payment system issues” as an excuse. This is far beyond something that can be justified by simply saying “I’m just a student.”

Made a “pre-order” on the Mega dreams…

Made a “pre-order” on the Mega dreams box together with some other products.
Till this day I am still waiting on any update whatsoever. The set has been released a very long time ago. I have tried to reach out several times just for an update, but never got any reply back on all the emails I sent out. Prices are decent but be aware if you order something to wait over a month till you order will arrive, or better said, Not even sure if my order will ever arrive. Heared good things about Luxembourghtcg before ordering so I trusted them all the way, shameful that it has to go this way and cant share the good experience my friends had… I will update here if I will ever get my order. If not I will update aswell for the request of a refund through my bank, hoping for the best.

Order placed the 8th of november hasnt arrived yet, with no update on info.

Placed an order on here on the 8th of november 2025 and still havent received it, the order number was Order #lxbtcg-2960-25. I've tried contacting the shop through all availabe methods, on sms, thrlugh the shops website, on email for about two months, and even through the shop app but to no avail.

I beared in mind when placing this order that it would'nt be sent out before the 28th of november, but that was almost two months ago, this is just not acceptable.

I also placed an order on the 26th of november and that arrived like last week so im just really confused on why its taking so long. I would love to get an answer from the shop about the order since im at my wits end.

No response from seller

I completely understand that there may have been delays in shipping due to the holidays, that's why I waited weeks before trying to contact the vendor, but it is not done that after more than a month I still know nothing about my purchase
I placed my order on December 1st. It is now January 7th, and I have not received a single update about it. I have sent several emails to the address listed on the website and sent several DM via his Instagram profile, but I have never received a response. Even when they asked customers to sent a message via Instagram if it's Christmas gift. The total lack of communication and support from the seller is absolutely not customer friendly. Only order here if you have enough time and can wait for your order.

No Delivery after 4 weeks

No Delivery after 4 weeks, No answers to my Email, No answers to PayPal as well, got my Money Back but took some time.
Always some E-Mails ( to prevent asking) were the Problem ist the Delivery but the Items i ordered we're in Stock so No Sense Here

Absolutely embarassing

I placed my order on December 1st. It is now January 6th, and I have not received a single update about it. I have written several emails to the address listed on the website and sent several DMs to the Instagram profile, but I have never received a response. I understand that there may have been delays in shipping due to the holidays, that's why I waited weeks before trying to contact the vendor, but it is absurd that after more than a month I still know nothing about my purchase. And the excuse of stock shortage doesn't make sense either, because at that point, at the time of purchase, I should have received at least a notification about it, which obviously did not happen. According to other reviews, it shouldn't be a scam, just very slow shipping, and I sincerely hope so, but the total lack of communication and support from the seller is still an absolute embarrassement. I definitely don't recommend buying from here, especially considering that the prices aren't that much cheaper than the competition. It's much better to spend a little more elsewhere, but with the certainty that the product will arrive and within a normal time frame.

Don't get my order. And I Don't get response.

I have place a order on 30 november. I am still waiting for my 2 pokemon mega dreams boosterboxen. I have send a mail, i have send 3 messages on WhatsApp and 1 on instagram but don't get respons. I have call but no answer. I want to know when I can get my order but i don't get any answer. It was present for my husband for his christmas. But know I have feeling that I lose my money and get nothing in return.

Needs to improve

Price is fair.
Communication only on Instagram.
While using Support on Shop there is no response. Tried it twice.
After cancelled order via Paypal it tooks over a month to get an email with the information that my order was cancelled.

Preordered Article was available at all other stores while this one still struggling getting it for delivery.

You can definetly buy here, but if you wanna preorder something, i would rather buy somewhere else

No Delivery

Last minute order

My order was pretty last minute but the seller didn’t hesitate in responding to my request. He asked me to come and pick it up the same day, it was really a very smooth process. 100% recommend LUXEMBOURGTCG.
