SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT: False Advertising and Absolute Bad Faith
Consumer Warning: Do not be fooled by Luxeon Officiel.
I ordered a steel case for an iPhone 17 Max (€29.90), advertised as a premium product. Instead, I received a cheap plastic case that doesn't even fit the dimensions of my phone.
The most scandalous part is their "Customer Service":
Total Denial of Reality: Despite sending photographic evidence (original order vs. the item received), they have the audacity to claim the product is "compliant." This is pure theft coupled with a total contempt for the customer.
Abusive Practices: For a mistake that is entirely their own, they demand a return to China at my expense—a shipping cost higher than the price of the item itself. This is a deliberate, illegal strategy to block any possibility of a refund.

Fake Premium Branding: This site poses as a luxury/French brand, but it is nothing more than an opaque dropshipping scheme shipping junk from overseas.

The Facts:
Non-compliant product: Wrong material, wrong model.
Fraudulent marketing: Plastic sold as steel.
Dishonest support: Lying to avoid accountability.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have initiated a report on official consumer protection platforms and have contacted my bank for a Chargeback (fraud/non-compliant goods dispute).
