I am so bad at procrastinating on my flight needs that I often reach out pretty last minute and I still always get the BEST service and still get a great deal on the flights that work best for me and my budget! I am (in my own opinion) the biggest pain in the butt because of my procrastinating but I am never made to feel like I am being needy or inconvenient. Pretty late review, but Mattanya is awesome. I gave him my name when buying a flight when I meant to give him my girlfriends name. I was stuck with 2 tickets for the same flight and Mattanya called the airline and sorted it all out and saved me money on any flight I could have found myself. Recommended.

I have such incredible experiences working with such a wonderful person, Mattanya. He is probably the most patient and efficient travel consultant you will find. I have so many great experiences to share but I chose the one that stands out the most. Mattanya booked me an overseas flight a week before I flew and got me an amazing deal. He beat the internet prices by $500. Wait. It doesn’t end here. My flight got delayed and that meant I had a very small chance of making it on to the next flight. He tried so hard to get me onto other flights, and spent a lot of time talking to the airline back and forth. This is not even part of his job, he literally just does this out of his kind heart. I made it to my stopover with less then 45 min to catch the next flight. He waited up past midnight to make sure everything went smooth and I did not miss my flight. The story gets crazier - my luggage didn’t get on the flight as fast as I did, and once again Mattanya went out of his way to help me get my luggage back. I got there safely thank G-d, and I found my luggage. Mattanya really goes above and beyond. Looking forward to booking many more trips with him and referring him to more people!

Matanya worked with me after hours to find a ticket . All with a smile , great prices , rapid response time . After the ticket he was there to answer any questions and checked in afterwards to see if all went well!
