We recently used Luxfords to move us from Surrey to Dorset , and I cannot fault their service .They were accommodating and professional from start to finish , and their flexibility around our ever changing completion date was extremely helpful .If you are looking to move in todays challenging climate I can honestly say you need to remove as much stress as possible , so I would highly recommend using Luxfords .

The professionalism of all the Luxfords staff was exceptional. The removal men were all very polite, considerate and worked really, really hard both packing and moving. They went the extra mile and truly made a move that was particularly emotional as easy as it could have been. I really cannot fault the service I received. Thank you.

We have done many times house move and Luxfords by far is the best. Sam the operation manager has been very polite and helpful in accommodating our requests. On the day of move, the crews are extremely professional and efficient, from loading our items to dismantling our furniture. You don't feel stressed or worried using this company.

Really bad experience. Aggressive and abusive driver. No consideration for pedestrians. Almost tried to run me over as I dared to challenge him.

Aggressive driver, happy to park illegally, block pavements for pedestrians and then verbally abuse people.

These guys and girls are just brilliant. They were so helpful when I was moving home, twice, nothing was too much trouble and I could call them up and pop in and collect stuff with fair notice. They helped me access my stuff and packed it all back up again for me! You get what you pay for and Luxfords is worth every penny.

Luxfords had been recommended. An excellent service. Packers were so friendly and incredibly efficient. Very very professional. Moving into the new house was excellent, boxes all labeled and placed in the correct rooms. They managed to dismantle the desk and put it together again. Nothing was too much trouble. No damage to anything. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent service and very accommodating

A first-rate service from Luxfords from start to finish. It was not an easy move, certainly at the destination, given I was moving into a second-floor warehouse conversion in London with no lift on the hottest day of the year. The team just didn't stop, and everything was installed safely by the time they left at 9 pm. They did this with a smile on their faces and were unfailingly polite and a pleasure to deal with.

The response from the office based team and the removal guys was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. It was fantastic value and this is the second time I have used them to move an elderly relative. Just brilliant.

Cannot fault Luxfords on our recent move and can whole-heartedly recommend. Before the move they were very responsive to questions and gave helpful and practical packing advice. The men on the day were brilliant, reassuring in their approach throughout, very friendly and keen to ensure everything was where we wanted it to be before they left.

The removal was led by an excellent team leader support by two others. The packing was done with great care and also very welcome humour. We loved the fact that the roll of sellotape was carefully wrapped!.
The delivery was led by the same team leader. All the items were in good condition and when we were ready to return the boxes and packing paper, they were picked up in less than 24 hours.
Sensitive and safe removal and delivery, which we really appreciate.

Stress free removal from start to finish. The guys in the office were always on hand to answer any questions we had, and when it came to the move, the removal team were exceptional! They worked so hard and made sure everything was dealt with. I highly recommend Luxfords of Weybridge

We had no hesitation in going Luxfords having used them twice before. From initial enquiries to the move itself, we experienced excellent customer service.
Everyone was so professional.
We can’t praise Martin, Matt, Luke, Steve and the back up team enough. They came and packed and conducted the move over two very exhausting days in the most friendly and efficient manner. All items were boxed up carefully and securely and everything was delivered where needed. I would thoroughly recommend Luxfords services to anyone.
