Love the purses I have bought from this site. I had an order that the boxes got damaged in shipping. Maris made sure I got some replacement ones and quickly. I will keep buying mine from here.

I ordered a LV wallet and received the wrong print. I reached out to them, and Maris quickly responded with an apology and sent out the correct wallet. I have purchased several items...LV, CHANEL, PRADA. They are all excellent replicas of the real designer items (I have gotten compliments...some people I tell they are knock offs, but not everyone!😉)
Along the way, I have had some issues ( odor, wrong color sent), but Customer Service has always been excellent in making it right (New item without having to return problematic item). My recent experience with Maris was above and beyond...excellent communication leading up to a satisfactory resolution! Many thanks!

Here is my review of my complete experience with Luxicas.

My initial order was a Louis Vuitton Graceful MM and a Louis Vuitton Sarah wallet. I received my items in a reasonable amount of time, but the quality of the items I initially received I found to be extremely subpar and very obviously fake looking. It smelled very strongly of harsh chemicals, appeared to be constructed with low quality materials, and the stitching was extremely poor. I was very disappointed to have spent upwards of $500 on those items.

I left an extensive review of my experience on this site and the company was very quick to address my concerns. They expressed a sincere willingness to do whatever it took to make it right and create a positive customer experience for me. Their solution including sending me a link to a different site that seemed to have higher quality purses than advertised on their main site. I was offered the opportunity to choose any purse that I’d like that was under a threshold of $459, and I wouldn’t even be required to send back the merchandise I’d already received.

***Their only catch they required was that I remove my initial review that called the company out in great detail for sending me a shoddy product before they would agree to send me the new purse.*** (Companies are prohibited from inducing customer to remove honest reviews of their experience).

Their $459 threshold was insufficient for me to get a purse large enough for every day use, so they lifted it and allowed me to choose whichever one I desired. I received a true 1:1 replica, so good in fact that the date code inside shows up as being authentic on Louis Vuitton verification sites.

I received great customer service from Annie via text with timely updates regarding the status of my purse every step of the way.

Though I am thoroughly content with the quality of the new bag I received, I feel it is their intent to hustle customers by initially sending extremely poor quality bags, and you only get access to the “good ones” if you know better and complain publicly, since they’re most concerned about the public reputation of their business being threatened.

Would I purchase again? Probably not, but for those who do, be sure to thoroughly inspect your package and don't settle for the first item they send you if you're in any way dissatisfied.

My only order with this company was the LV Slouchy PM. Unfortunately I’m not pleased with my order. I didn’t receive the lock, and although the outside of the bag looks great, the inside is in no way close to LV red. The burgundy interior is a dead giveaway the bag is fake. I’ve contacted the company twice by email but have not yet received a reply.
