Wonderful experience ordering from Luxire. The customer service (I corresponded with Seema) is prompt, detail-oriented, and helpful. I ordered a custom pair of corduroy high-waisted trousers and the quality and fit is exceptional. No other retailer allows for so much customization without exorbitant costs! I will definitely be ordering more from them.

Great website and customer service. Very speedy manufacturing and delivery. I have ordered several pants and am very satisfied: high quality fabrics and near perfect fit (which for me is almost unheard of). I’m definitely going to order from Luxire again!

Can take a lot of back and forth to get the fit down but the quality of the garments are good.

An update: a few months on from getting the fit down and I’m very impressed now. Probably the best for online mtm trousers.

I have 20+ years of experience with bespoke makers and Luxire really nailed it with these pants ( my first pair with them)... They copied my sample exactly.... Great customer service as well.

I just received my first test shirt from Luxire and I am currently in the process of refining the pattern for future orders. Luxire staff are responsive and insightful during the fitting process. My current shirt collection includes Isaia, Finamore, Borelli, Kiton Cipa, Hamilton, even Cesare Attolini (all bought at a discount lol). These brands have more handwork than the Luxire Test Shirt obviously but honestly the construction of this $45 shirt is pretty much on par. Offset sleeve seems, pattern matching, clean tight single needle seams, clean buttonholes with shanked MOP buttons, and more I'm sure I'm forgetting because the shirt's not in front of me at the moment. The Test Shirt fabric is also very nice, certainly not on par with the brands I mentioned but definitely comparable to something you'd pay $150 for at Nordstroms or some other big name store which caters to people with more money than taste. Again, I can't speak to anything beyond the Test Shirts at the moment but I'm very much looking forward to expanding my wardrobe with Luxire once my pattern is nailed down. Highly recommend.

Luxire can be incredible but requires some effort from the consumer side as well. Don't expect every commission from them to be a hit but if you're ok with that the quality and value for money is unbeatable.

I have now ordered several shirts and pairs of trousers from Luxire. The lead time is very short, and the garments themselves have all been of a very high quality. The Luxire staff with whom I have spoken have also been very attentive and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending Luxire wholeheartedly.

Luxire always delivers fine quality and clothing to exact specifications and promptly. This is the fifth pair of trousers I have ordered and all were tailored as I requested. I highly recommend them,

Firstly, the Solbiati stone grey linen is a great fabric.
The design of the trousers was based on the Armani shape of the early '80s, looser, with a "round leg" shape, which was driven by the style of the pleat.
Rather than the traditional forward / backward 1 or 2 pleats, this was a box pleat, as you might find on the back of a shirt.
I sent a series of emails explaining what I wanted, together with pictures primarily from old Armani ad campaigns.
I am pleased to say that Luxire produced a very good copy of an unusual design. One I doubt any of them had seen before

Wonderful custom clothes with excellent customer service. Custom products have a lot of potential for miscommunication, but Luxire follows all specifications with 99% accuracy - and for the other 1%, they acknowledge it and look for ways to improve

The whole process was great and the communication was very smooth over the email. The product turned out even better than I expected. The only negative thing was the extra charges, about 100 USD, I had to pay upon delivery, for the import in to the EU.

After posting a very nice words in reply to my review- I've recieved an email from the owner- ..."now f@$k off"... very unproffessional. Clearly didn't understand the point of my review, my bad experience with them makes them happy.
Shame.

Luxire has once again been the best service I’ve used. They are quick, knowledgeable and dedicated to helping you achieve the exact fit and look you seek. I’ve now ordered five pants from Luxire for my wardrobe and loved every interaction along every step of the way. They are one of the best companies I’ve had to pleasure to work with and see who I plan to outfit the remainder of my trousers for fall/winter with. Even when mistakes occurred due to my own miscommunication they were happy to correct the issue and promptly set to making sure everything was correct.

Trully great quality for price and very effective customer service, can’t wait for my next order!
