Received money today via MasterCard Chargeback by my bank :)

Update against my previous comment. As I mentioned earlier, this broker is a pure scam and I think now their website is also not working. Never deposit anything with them even they call you for how many times. They just want your deposit and will block you out then.

Well, I deposited with them in January 2020, and after waiting of 3 months of no success on withdrawal, I contacted my bank (as I used MasterCard for the deposit) and asked them to file a chargeback. It took a decent time of 40-45 days for recovery but at last i received my deposit amount back in my bank account today. Just to inform, during chargeback I submitted all the emails and screenshots of withdrawal requests with date to make a proper case. So today is a good day for me regarding this :). it's better to contact your bank and file a chargeback if you are not successful with the withdrawal process (which is 99.99 % of the cases with this broker)

Luxistrade will never accept your withdrawal request

Luxistrade will never accept your withdrawal request. Over the past month and a half, I have engaged in constant fights with these guys over my request to withdraw. Even after I deposited their 20% fee, they still did not honor their word. The last straw was when they sent a fake email from Luno saying that I need to deposit more funds into my Luno wallet in order for them to release the funds. They tried to lie some more when I told them that Luno confirmed that the email was fake. These people have no remorse or conscience. They will take every thing you have and still try to make you feel like you are the one who doesn’t want to withdraw their money. I have lost a huge some of money with these guys and I urge people not to invest a single penny with them. Since when to crypto wallets require clients to deposit money before the funds are released. Even Luno confirmed that this is fake and there was no pending deposit.

Luxistrade the scammers, never accept your withdrawal request

Luxistrade: big time scammers, stay away for them, never deposit a single penny with them. they will never accept your withdrawal request, never ever. And they never reply back to you once they got the money. big time scammers and lotters. They don't have any information on their website regarding any regulations apply to them. Search the internet and you will know about these scammers, these kind of so called brokers have ruined the name of other good brokers !!!
