The experience we had with this company…
The experience we had with this company was disappointing, as they fell short of professionalism and failed to meet their commitments. Their poor communication and unfulfilled promises have resulted in unfinished work. Despite our attempts to resolve the issues, we have only received negative responses and demands for upfront payment on a second job, which they have halted until we pay the remaining balance, even though 95% of it has already been settled. The first job was fully paid, yet they refuse to complete it, citing the unfinished second job as a reason and needing to be paid in full before work is completed.
While the quality of their product is commendable, the execution has been lacking, with misaligned cabinet frames and poorly finished cuts that do not justify the cost. It is perplexing that they expect payment for a second invoice related to a different project when the first, fully paid job remains incomplete after more than six months. Trusting them to deliver after such inconsistencies in service and delayed communication is difficult. Given these numerous issues, I cannot recommend this company; their approach is not aligned with professional standards.
