Do not use! I placed an order and then asked to cancel within 10 minutes of ordering as the website looked a little suspicious. I was informed the amount would be credited - it never was. I chased but no response. I then queried with the credit card company - Luxlada then claimed the item was delivered! I had to prove I wasn't in the country at time of delivery. I contacted them again about this and no response again.
I was suppose to receive a refund within 15 working days it has been nearly two months. It's a scam
