Portal patient non starter
The portal patient has been changed to incorporate safety of account. It no longer works. I have spent 2 days trying to log into my account. Now i cannot get appointments or prescriptions without going 50kms to pick it up. I wish I had not renewed with Luxmed.
As a non-Polish spPrioritizes Upselling Over Actual Dental Careeaker
As a non-Polish speaker, I had a very poor experience here. I visited specifically for a cavity treatment and made this clear from the start. Instead of addressing the issue, the dentist ignored my request and redirected me to an unnecessary service I didn't need. I now have to find another clinic to actually fix my tooth, which is a complete waste of time and money. It felt like they prioritized upselling over actual patient care. Highly unprofessional and lacks transparency. I was disappointed by the unprofessional and opaque way this was handled. I'd suggest looking elsewhere if you value clear communication.
They do not care if you go blind
They do not care if you go blind. My previous employer has paid for the service for years. Before I moved back home, I had requested a prescription, but they issued that incorrectly, and I couldn't take all the medicines as they had prescribed me everything in one prescription. After a month, when I was asking for a correction, "you have no active package," and was refused to issue a blood sugar stabilizer. Apart from that, several times I have experienced incompetence, which would have had a very serious effect on my health. e.g, they wanted to prescribe me Insulin when, in my case, it could be fatal.
The awful service of info line
The awful service of info line, the operators did not listen the request till the end and dropped out the call!!! How it is possible to have such rude service??? I am wondering if calls are recorded if any one from luxmed management can impact on the quality of their service ???? Or it will be another ignorance
Complaint against Luxmed boleslawiec
im a indian citizen. 23/07/2025 Wednesday im faced raisism from Luxmed in boleslawiec.i respect all country peoples. Today I went to Laxmed boleslawiec in chumed for my work related medical examination needs and I had a very bad experience there. I pay an amount from my salary every month in the name of Luxmed deduction. Yet when I went there today, they treated me like I was a bugger. The two women at the reception were very rude. I don't speak much Polish. I don't know, but there is a system called translator in this world. They didn't even bother to listen to me. They portrayed me badly in front of others because I don't speak Polish and insulted me. I thought, why am I paying an amount from my salary every month in the name of Luxmed deduction? When I tried to show them my translated conversation, they treated me very badly and didn't want to listen to me calmly. I have been working at poland four years. I have never had such a bad experience in my life.
Worst experience,
Registration process is complicated for nothing, even if you can login on web, there is no english language.
The login process very complicated.
Very disappointed.
Paid Twice Due to Lux Med’s Mistake
I contacted Lux Med about a painful boil and asked if a clinic could treat it. Based on my description, they booked me at their Al. Jerozolimskie clinic in Warsaw. I paid 349 PLN, only to be told they don’t perform such procedures there.
They sent me to another Lux Med location (Szpital Św. Elżbiety), where I had to pay again (350 PLN) — even though this second visit was needed only because they booked me at the wrong place.
In the end, no procedure was done — just antibiotics.
I ended up paying twice because of their mistake, and they refused to take responsibility.
Unprofessional and frustrating.
Terrible customer service.
complete waste of time trying to book…
complete waste of time trying to book with them. 15 min phone call where they refuse to send any of the details of the apt. I received no email or SMS with the booking making it impossible to use the service
Awful service
Awful service, never got doctors available and they are rude.
I really regret I've changed Medicover for Luxmed.
Luxmed is as TRASHY as NFZ, just in a different bag.
Month and a half waiting for an MRI inform. I was advised it would take up to 5 weeks.
The call center support reps are…
The call center support reps are extremely rude, vague and unhelpful. Twice the same rep hung up the phone. totally unprofessional
I paid for extended package for extra…
I paid for extended package for extra 1800 pln more annually as employee but they still can't appoint a doctor for me and I can't even cancel this insurance since the contract is for a year.
Scam on medical field should be punished!
Multiple experiences
My comment is not based on 1 experience, but many.
The hotline treat you like cattle. They tell you what to do, but if you have any questions, or question any processes (which is fair to do, in Poland) they will not take time to explain and even be rude.
A doctor gave me a referal for a test, after i had a gastroscopy. I called a few days after the test, to make an appointment for a consultation. I was told the doctor doesn't take private clients anymore and that i had to wait for them to call me back (no info about when). Of course i was surprised, and tried to make some enquiries. The woman apparently had better things to do, as she didn't take her time to give me any information or explain or answer questions at all and kept repeating "you just have to wait for a call", even raising her voice. To which i hung up the phone.
Like i stated earlier, these things are a regular occurrence with Luxmed hotline.
Horrible
Horrible! It is getting everyday worse. You get only general doctors, but no specialist.
Never seen a company so consistently incompetent
I've never seen a company so consistently incompetent and unable to do anything as Luxmed.
The only time I had a similar experience to what I had in Luxmed was in Russia, when I tried to buy a train ticket and the 4 different ticket offices repeatedly sent me towards each other.
I caught Covid and needed to get a document for my employer. Sounds simple. Not for Luxmed.
Turns out the PESEL number was not correct so I had to go there in person to change it (very smart to send a Covid patient into your building for something that could be done remotely). Then a very incompetent worker that looked completely clueless said it would be done soon and we'd get a call.
We never did. We contacted their Infoline again and were told that it would be done by 6PM. Again that was a lie, and nothing was done. After yet another call I was told I could just ask the doctor to issue it for the right PESEL. Doctor said he couldn't do it, but he would talk to whoever could.
Then around 10 hours since the whole process started, we get a call from Luxmed saying that it's not possible to do it and we'd have to do it in person... just like we did in the morning. They told me the employer never did the process.
Never before have I been lied to so many different employers in a single day.
Golden members can't make an appointment
I have a gold package in Luxmed and I can't make an appointment when I need to visit a doctor. Every time when I don't feel good there are no available dates. The nearest in a week or two or even longer. Once I needed to call an emergency and they said that they could come to me within 24h. Great service! If you can't serve your gold clients please don't sell new packages. or do hire more specialists. For what I need such insurance.
The only good thing is the specialists who work there. there are no questions. true professionals.
I bought a package they took my money…
I bought a package they took my money they never activated it, they refused to answer the phone or emails and never their customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with.
They were great but are they closing down?
The staff are always helpful and the booking system is super. However I'm not sure what is going on but it's almost impossible to find an appointment within near future for the past few months. Additionally some fairly standard services are unavailable. Twice in recent times I've had to go elsewhere and then attempt to get reimbursed from Luxmed. When you do this you only get 30 days to complete the application and take care of the issue so I needed to do it a few times. Additionally you need to include invoices and not just receipts. I messed up that bit and am out of pocket considerably as a result.
Good service
Good clinic with a lot of professionals. Good booking system on their website. Doctors speak different languages so good for foreigners.
