I have been working in Luxoft for over a year now and found myself well settled. Working here till now is very enjoyable and have learnt a lot. The managers are very cooperative and provide support for our work. The medical insurance policy is best; recruitment process is bit tedious in compare with other org. But after that Luxoft takes care of candidate very well until the joining through buddy program. The company is very employee centric and takes care of each employee. Employer branding team engages the employee in various rewarding task.

Excellent interview process - no unnecessary questions. Interview was more like a discussion. It was mutual, not like the usual "interrogation" type. But that discussion really measures the candidate's knowledge.

Managers are also approachable, I did not feel any barrier to get in touch with my Manager unlike other companies

Virtual first policy, no forced work from office unless the Client specifies so.

High quality work equipment provided. Be it the Laptop, the extra big monitor, the headphone or any other things & goodies.

Top notch internal training framework. The Trainers are dedicated trainers, not someone who works in some project and takes an extra hour to train the staff. Also, the Trainers are experienced IT professionals who have very good knowledge. Just that when they are Trainers, they dedicatedly do that alone.

I really feel the sense of belonging here at Luxoft, overall excellent experience till now.

Great place to work. Being here for 5+ years, it has been a good journey, great team, and work from home, has made it even more better!

Good company to work in. I've join the company back in 2016 and since then I change my position few time - both due to promotions as well as Internal Mobility program. I've learned a lot, I was supporting building company presence in new location as well I had a chance to build internal processes. I can truly recommend it to people who would like to find stable workplace, with many possibilities of career growth. We have very good benefits, access to training platform, online technical library and if you want to work in company office abroad - paid and guid by company relocation process.

I like the employer
Luxoft provided me relocating (including VISA and Travel) to Germany. Being the the first company in Germany Luxoft helped me very well to get integrated to the new culture. Here there is mix of local and expats working together and respecting eachothers culture. It provided good career growth at the same time great work-life balance.
I think it's bad about the employer
Working from Home made very less emlpoyee regularly coming to office resulting in less human touch.

May be locally we need to focus on brining up the name in the market to attract good people
