Great Experience with Customer Support

Lexo didn't have the item in stock and notified me proactively. I phoned in and Hazel was very attentive and first walked me through what similar items where available and then even did more reearch and sent me through a list of options. My item arrived ahead of Christmas with time to set it up for my daughter! Thank you

Excellent customer service

Hazel was great with handling my request. A few emails to and from, and she had my issue sorted in 24hrs. Such a great first time experience shopping with Luxo Living. I can’t wait to receive my bar stools! Everything on this site looks so good!
