I had a perfect experience with Luxoneyes. I was a little worried that the Persols I ordered might not be for real considering what good value they were, but they're the real deal! I received them within 3 days of purchase by DHL I think, or ay least a very secure delivery method. The Company informed me all the way on what was happening with my purchase. They were brilliiant! I couldn't recommend them enough.
I just received Olivers Peoples glasses today from this company. First, the glasses are not the glasses ordered. I bought the exact sunglasses I have currently that recently broke, so I am replacing them. Thus, I have the exact real pair in my possession. The replacement glasses I received today are not the same color, do not fit the same and the prescription lenses from my original pair do not fit these fraudulent replacement pair. Second, the fraudulent frames are bent. It has one arm of the glasses that is bent, so that is a major red flag. Third, I paid with a credit card, but they pulled it as a debit, which is fraud. So, they made it a cash transaction. Total fraudulent company. I took a chance and got burned. They are located in Italy, so not much you can do to once they scam you.
I've ordered two sets of sunglasses from Luxon (Ray Bans) and they have been top notch. Both sets were some of the less popular styles and had to be ordered from Ray Ban by Luxon so they took a bit longer than usual, but their communication was excellent the whole time. They kept in regular e-mail contact to let me know when they would be coming in. Once they arrived I was informed and then received another e-mail letting me know they had been shipped.
The sunglasses are the real deal, no fakes here, and I got them for roughly 30% cheaper than anywhere in the UK that sold them. I was a bit worried about using them at first as I didn't see too many reviews for them, but they are a good honest company with great service.
