Absolute scam!

Absolute scam!! And they know it but there customer service team are geared up for anything. They even sent me a screen shot of an email they supposedly sent me (it never arrived) stating “the bottle you have purchased is out of stock, we will send you a bottle of CIO (cheap bottle of gnats pee) as a replacement please reply within two days for a refund if not convenient”

That email was never sent but they used it to cover their scam. Stated returns had to be sent to China by recorded delivery which was going to cost the same price as what I paid. In the end I took a 30% payback to cover some loses. Don’t touch this company with any money it’s all a massive scam. Even looking at the reviews on their website are self generated as they repeat themselves as you go down the list. You’ve been warned!!

Misleading website, poor quality product, and zero accountability

Ordered from LuxorAuro after being impressed by their marketing claims like “long lasting scent” and “premium-grade formula.” In reality, the product turned out cheap, the scent disappeared after just two hours, and the overall quality was nowhere near what was advertised.

Customer service refuses to take responsibility and demands that returns be sent unused, at the customer’s expense, to a warehouse in China — despite their promises of “risk-free trial,” “money-back guarantee,” and “hassle-free returns.”

Even their own refund policy states that return costs are not for the customer when an item is defective or incorrect, yet they simply ignore that. Fortunately, the order was placed through Klarna, so I didn’t end up paying for a product that doesn’t meet its advertised standards.

In short: misleading advertising, poor quality, and a company that hides behind excuses instead of customer care. Avoid at all costs.
