placed an order on and had trouble…

I placed an order on August 1, 2025, and paid extra for expedited shipping, which according to their website includes tracking information. I never received tracking despite asking multiple times. Communication was slow and inconsistent — sometimes replies came several days later, sometimes not at all. The website’s contact portal did not help, as responses were rare or non-existent.

On August 12, the order was canceled and a partial refund was issued. The amount refunded ($77.69) was about $10–12 less than the $82.38 I originally paid, which appears to be the expedited shipping fee. Since the shipping service with tracking was never provided, I believe I should have received a full refund. As of today, the refund is still showing as pending on my bank account, so I will update this review once the money is fully received.

Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. If you do order from them, be aware of potential delays, missing tracking information, and possible incomplete refunds.

For anyone looking for skins for a PS5, other consoles, or controllers, I’ve had good experiences with decalgirl.com — received products quickly and never had any issues.

Customer Support is a Scam

Customer Support is a Scam
Order Never Delivered Since November 2024

I placed my order with LuxSkinOfficial in November 2024, and to this day (August 2025) I have not received anything. After waiting for months, I finally reached out to their customer support — and instead of helping me, they blamed me for providing the wrong address (which is absolutely false, I double-checked the order confirmation — the address was entered correctly).

To make things worse, they told me I needed to pay an additional fee for "re-delivery." This felt like blackmail. Why should I pay again when I never received my original package? It’s very clear they have no intention of delivering the product or offering a refund.

Do yourself a favor stay away from this company. LuxSkinOfficial is a scam operation hiding behind a pretty website and fake promotions. This is not how real businesses treat their customers.
