The color is perfect! I wear them everyday and get loads of compliments! Best extensions ever.

I have been waiting nearly 3 months for my order and still haven’t got it, and they can’t seem to locate where exactly my package is. Not good enough in today’s world. Keep blaming Covid but I have ordered quite a few parcels over the last few months and they all have arrived within a month. Lucky my wedding was postponed, otherwise they would not have arrived in time. Only order if you don’t mind never receiving or getting your order over 3 months later. 👎🏼

Bad experience as I have no clue where my parcel is, or who the courier is, just told me contact your local post office, local post office cant track the number, can someone please assist, I have not received the parcel.

Avoid this company.
Returns are made extremely difficult and I ended up losing £80!!
There isn’t a returns address and you have to email them for it.
After 4 days, still no returns address and they offered me a discount on the unopened item, that I had already purchased 🤯 but wanted to return due to thin texture.
Eventually they gave me the address and had the cheek to say I had 4 days to send my return otherwise it would not be accepted!
After I had sent it they said I needed to send them a tracking number and couldn’t process my return without it!
Try other company’s Lullabellz are much better.
