I placed an order on 23rd December…

I placed an order on 23rd December 2019.
These people never got my order yet.
It’s over 4 months and now when
I try to track my order it says order not found.
Anyone knows how to deal with this situation.
I placed on order of roughly 300 AUD.
I contacted them through email, I send more than 20 emails so far but no good luck.
If anyone reading out this review from company I just let you know 8703 is my order number.
The worst thing is I can’t file a police case against these fraud

not even deserving of 1 star, hands down a zero star to me. Shipping took 4 months. I even forgot my purchase existed and was confused as to why a watch under my name was in my mail. Quality is absolute trash. They claim its a heavily discounted luxury good but haha look at the quality .....im not even kidding i can find better watches at night markets ..pls dont even give then a cent honestly if they gave me for free i wld j throw it back at them becos it will j be a waste of space and resources.

A Huge Mistake!!!

Doing business with this website was the biggest mistake I’ve ever done. I used to love & trust online shopping until I came across this website. Everything about them is rotten & fake. Screw you luxuriousjewelries!!...with a passion. Two months have gone by, and I’m yet to receive my watches. Never again, lesson learned. I’m going to the store for all my shoppings now.

I wish I could not give a star AT ALL

I wish I could not give a star AT ALL! Luxuriousjewelries.com does not warrany 1 star. Please, please, PLEASE, keep your money in your wallet. Doing business with them is like "pissing in the wind"....it just sucks. One month and 10 days later and I have not received my watches. Still getting their sorry AZZ " please be patient" email. The only redeeming factor is that I disputed Luxuriousjewelries.com with my bank, pointed out the shipping lies, the triffling emails, and let's not forget THE NON WORKING PHONE NUMBER on their website. My bank agreed that this looks like FRAUD! I got my money back through my bank. This was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever encountered with an on-line company. Do your research before shelling out your hard earned money. DROP DEAD LUXURIOUSJEWELRIES.COM may you go down in smoke!

This is a scam website

This is a scam website. Number 1, the number doesn’t go through and 2, the email address doesn’t work. I found their ad via Instagram, they were having destocking sales at ridiculous prizes and promised free shipping when you buy 2 of the watches.
Glad I purchased it through PayPal. After waiting for over a month, I filed a claim with PayPal and they tried reaching out to them but to no avail. Fortunately PayPal refunded my money. I was glad.
I learnt a very good lesson not to fall for these sites anymore.

The wait was long but I finally got my product

I ordered a watch they said was on sale and they took my money when I contacted them after three days they sent a computer generated message and that was it
They are a scam!!!!!

I must admit that I went to my shipping company to collect a package and to my utter and pleasant surprise the watch I ordered had been sitting there waiting on me to collect. It has been a long wait but am happy and I want to apologise to the company for my scathing review.

We too have had an awful experience

We too have had an awful experience. Bought 2 watches and have never received them. They do not answer any emails!!! BEWARE OF THIS, IT'S A SCAM.

Update: 7 February 2020
It would appear they have closed down and possibly are creating a new website under the old luxuriousjewelries.com website.
You can also find them trading under the following website; luxuriousjews.com © 2020 luxuriousjews

Do not shop at luxurious jewelries..

Do not shop at luxurious jewelries... they are a scam and will steal your money. About a month ago, i spent $30 on two watches that were $15 each from a “destocking sale” and although I have emailed them various times about a refund, they refuse to give me my money back and insist that I wait for the “international shipping” to reach my destination. Luxuriousjewelries.com is a scam and I do not recommend that anyone buy from there.
