HORRIBLE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEB BECAUSE IS SCAM. MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED

They are thieves, absolute nightmare to deal with. I sent the terrible quality clothes back to their China warehouse and they then said they cannot accept returns to the warehouse, after this their emails address from support stopped working.
Avoid if you value your money!

Just don’t order to them ! I ordered a dress 1 month ago, my command is cancelled and they don’t want to refund me !
They’re just stealing your money !!
I’ve never written a bad review about a brand in my entire life, but this one — stay away!! It’s a scam!! The customer service replies at first by saying they’re sorry, but that there’s nothing they can do for you!

This company is so bad . I ordered a dress for a wedding four weeks ago and still no sign of it.
I have emailed so many times and have been absolutely so disappointed .
Do not order from this site they are pure gangsters

Scam. Ordered an item then changed my mind within 10 minutes of ordering so I emailed both of the emails on the website immediately. I received no confirmation of purchase, no confirmation of email received and then a day later they tell me that because I didn’t cancel within the cut-off point I wasn’t getting my money back. They have sent an order that I am currently still waiting for and by the looks of the other reviews, I am expecting it to not be anything like the picture that I ordered originally.

This store is SCAM. I did not receive my dress and customer experience didn’t answer anymore for the refund I have been asking.

They stole my money.

I ordered items over €200 on the 9th of February and they still have no arrived. I have emailed countless of times and the email address keeps bouncing back.
I’ve tried to contact them on Instagram and directly off the sight ..
I never normally write reviews but this time I’ve been actually robbed over €200. It’s absolutely disgraceful!

This site is ridiculous!

I had order a jumpsuit on 24th of November 2024 and the item took longer than a month to arrive.

The item had nothing to do with how it looked online.

I issued a despute and received my money back on 29 of December 2024.

Guess what happens next?
On 27th of March 2025 the bank took back my refund as luxurise rejected my despute and refused to pay me back.

They did not even give me the opportunity to return the item only to see my money being withdrawn 3 months later!

Awful!!!

It does not look legit and it's a pure fraud

Never arrived, not even a confirmation text or email to say order received, but I have the screenshot of website order complete and bank proof to show they took my money. No reply in regards to questioning them.

Im not giving them a ZERO because i cant. Total scam. I ordered a dress on October 2024. Oñits now March 2025 and the dress never arrived. I send them LOTS of emails and after telling me that they will ship it on mid february, still nothing. NEVER AGAIN. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Do not use!! After ordering a dress for a wedding it has been over 2 weeks since my order was expected to arrive. I had a notification to say my parcel was dispatched and given tracking details, then notified there was a delay with my order and it wasn’t dispatched. The website had gone down showing the page was not found. They continue to advertise on social media and I have received no communication from this company considering they advertise 24/7 customer service. I have had to go through my bank now for a refund as after multiple requests to the company I have still had 0 communication.

DO NOT purchase from this company. The video I saw was on tiktok and I later found out was stolen from babyboo. The dress took ages to come and they were adamant on not giving me a refund. The dress finally arrived and looks NOTHING like the video i saw and is literally a slinky piece of material that has been chopped up and sewn together. Looks horrible.

It’s a scam site!!! I ordered the Bella suit on January 9th. It never arrived. I contacted them on January 31st. They told me that there was a fire at their warehouse and asking for my understanding. They never reply to my emails ever since. I reported them to the governmental office for online freud in the Netherlands.

Absolutely 💯 percent avoid using this company. I ordered the Bella glitter jump suit on 23rd December and within the hour is saw the terrible reviews and tried to retract my order but they would not let me. I am still waiting on my order , 6 weeks later. Disgusting. I have emailed them three times too with no response. Do not use them.

do not use - total scam site. One product arrived instead of two and it is nothing like described. Now ghosting us and apparently their warehouse burnt down LOL. Literally couldn't make this up - so off to the Bank to pursue it!

Do not buy from this company. Goods not received and no refund.

I highly do not recommend the store, I contacted him regarding the return and when I got the address I returned the purchased items and I received information from the post office that they refused to accept the parcel, I have been trying to contact the store for over a month why they did not select my parcel and what now because I already lost money on shipping once, but I have no answer or contact from them

Do not use. Awful business. Products are a scam, images are stolen from other sites, the returns policy is a disgrace. Its basically robbery - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
