Not received a bonus or promotion all year!!
I've been a loyal Casino Rewards customer for several years and deposit around £750 per month. Throughout 2025 I regularly received VIP bonuses and targeted promotions, but in 2026 they've stopped completely despite my continued play.
I contacted Customer Loyalty several times, but instead of answering why these VIP offers had disappeared, I received generic responses explaining how VIP points work. Eventually, I was told that promotions are issued automatically to "certain players" based on "account activity", but no one could explain why I no longer receive them.
I wasn't asking for extra bonuses—just a clear explanation. The lack of transparency and poor customer service has been very disappointing. If you're playing for the VIP rewards, be aware that these promotions appear to be discretionary and can stop without any clear explanation.

Withdrawing funds is horrendous
As others have mentioned, withdrawing funds is extremely difficult. Their system is not transparent at all and you can’t look back and see the status of your withdrawals. Customer service is not able to answer about withdrawal details. They say 48 hours hold before they release e transfer.. I withdrew on Sunday. It’s now Thursday evening and I still have not received the cash. This is the only place where I’ve seen draws take this long.

I was playing on of their games online and won a small amount of money. When I went to withdraw the money (under $200), they requested information for proof of who I am. I sent my drivers license as well as a copy of my Mastercard statement clearly showing the statement date as well as my full address and name. They continued to email informing me they needed a bill or bank statement etc with a date and my address. I sent in numerous proofs, but continued to receive emails asking for proof, or as they call it “Know Your Customer”! I finally gave up as it was going on over 3 weeks to a month. I have read other reviews stating similar issues!
