Product was fine but service was awful.. I had to chase the delivery which was considerable cost to begin with. They then delivered 5x rolls instead of 1, like the good person I am I let them know that they had delivered 4 too many, they seemed annoyed with me for this and then said the warehouse will be in touch for collection... The warehouse left a voicemail at like 4pm almost a week later saying it's being collected tomorrow the delivery driver then turned up at 8:30 am. If i hadn't of been WFH that day it would of been missed. Considering I was considerate in returning hundreds of pounds worth of product back to them they were rude and inconsiderate and didn't even bother to say the words "Thank you."

I got my 2nd order delivered. Highly Recommended
After having the 1st order for my back garden and experience was excellent, I'm confident in Luxury Grass. So, I placed my 2nd order for my front garden.
Although this time I got issues as the delivery team missed the delivery date and also there was missing item when I got the delivery, the issues were eventually resolved.
I would like to say "Thank You" to senior customer service executive Chloe who is responsive and followed up my case closely.

The delivery was non professional
the Goods was ordered and paid with the service to be delivered in 5 days … one have to chase for more than a month with delivery dates confirmed and always reported because of failure of delivery and to have to waist time all days (3 times )for delivery ….after many phone calls to claim the goods … dishonest … I was ready to cancell the order after all this ! one have to check the disfonction between the sales and the warehouse …

Good quality samples sent. Would've given 5 stars but on their web site it states unlimited samples, but when I ordered again I received less than the amount ordered.

Good product, a couple of hiccups in service
The grass is just what I wanted, thick, soft and perfect for the childrens' play area. So for that alone 5*
Two minus points
I placed the order with the expectation of it arriving within a week. Once the week was up, I rang to chase it. I felt that somehow it has slipped through the net and had I not chased it, I would still be waiting. After ringing, it arrived the next day...
Ordered a 4m x 5m piece, which was delivered by a lovely man. However I was surprised to see him arrive alone. This 4m long roll of 'carpet' weighed about 60K. The road to our house had been restricted by some unforeseen roadworks so he wasn't able to get the van close. 2 neighbours had to step in to help him manoeuvre it to our house. Really for loads like this, 2 men should be on the wagon.
Overall, I would recommend the company and their products and would be happy to use them again.

Poor service
After I have made the order, nobody tell me when I can get my goods, even though I sent email and contact. I don’t know where my money has gone to and when I can get my things, not even an estimated date! It’s really nonsense! Poor service.

The price was very competitive, the quality is very good, the adhesive was also excellent, the only criticism I have is with the adhesive, there is no information about the workable time after mixing, overall very pleased
