I ordered the shampoo and conditioner of Crabtree because I loved the way it smells and at first I couldn’t find it anywhere else except eBay (I’m not a fan of eBay). The price was pretty much the same and any questions I had were promptly answered . To top it all off, check out was easy with my Shop account.
I will Definitely be buying again.

Such an amazing gift. I went with the shampoo in the gift box and when it arrived, I was impressed. Beautiful packaging for giving to someone.

Its a scam!!!!
I ordered three products for 52€ as its clear to see in the order picture. They sent me only one bottle and them they wrote me I ordered only one ( for this money!!!!!) and sent me a picture of my order where I can see 1x shampoo/ shower gel/ conditioner! They said the 1x is only for the shampoo!!!

This company is a rip off. They advertise shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash. Total price was $62.00. I received a bottle of shampoo, so I emailed them about the rest of the order, they responded with that is all I ordered. I told them their advertising is very deceptive and no one will pay $62 for a bottle of shampoo and why would anyone buy a bottle of shampoo with out the matching conditioner. I would NEVER use this company again.

I like the smell and their packaging. The package was delivered in 7 days.

It’s an online scam. I read every review and every review is a five star review. I trusted the reviews and decided to order from Luxury Hotel Toiletries. I ordered the shower gel, hand wash, and body lotion. It’s been a month and haven't received my purchased products. Their website claims 7-12 business days. Nope! Contacted them the third week when it didn’t arrive. Their response was it was because of our country’s (US) shipping system. I gave Luxury Hotel Toiletries a few more days and still nothing. I then requested a refund via email. Here’s the absurd part. They kept telling me to be patient, my product is on its way, and it’s our shipping system. After the third request with three refusals from them, I had enough. I just disputed it with my credit card company. I wrote a review on their website. It’s funny that my review never showed to warn other people like myself from getting had. You were warned since you’ve read this far. Stay away!!!

This company is in China not USA. Delivery was over 1 month.
Be careful when ordering as I thought I was ordering a set of Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel & Body Lotion but I got 1 bottle of shampoo for NZ$88 which is a rip off. They did reply to emails timely but I got no resolution. Be careful what you order.

Ordered product and it never arrived despite the company claiming it did. I believe the tracking they send is a total scam. The post office said no such tracking number ever existed. When I inquired about the tracking number not being found by the post office they never responded. Buyer beware. The reviews below appear to be fake if you look at the dates and read them closely.
