It’s my 4th watch from Luxury of Watches spanning more than 20 years.. 3 Cartiers and 1 Rolex. They are always beautiful, exactly as described, and at a sizable discount over other online resources. The most recent purchase was sent to our vacation home. I received a call to confirm the new delivery address, and when the delivery driver got lost I received a call for an update. We agreed delivery to my local FedEx office would be the best solution. When I picked up the watch I received a call to make sure I was satisfied. That’s more than exceptional service. It’s definitely 5 star and more!

I was a lil skeptical@first until I spoke with "Marty"... he made it very clear that I can relax, that I had nothing to worry abt. The watch was/is full factory or full refund, luxury of watches does NOT sell after market watches. Marty was patient with me. I called him numerous times asking the same questions repeatly. Which im sure was very annoying through it all... "Marty"remained patient with me. This was my first time making a large purchase sight unseen so i was a bit nervous. Over all very good experience and I’m happy with the watch and its pricing. Two small things would’ve made for a great experience. 1) the watch was not available in a regular strap so I had a to pay a bit extra for a fancier strap (which wasn’t a bad investment by the way). 2) delivery options with fedex didn’t allow the option of picking the watch from a delivery center so I had to wait at home for few hours for the fedex team to deliver the watch.
