Dont ask questions

This place is conviniently located and snezana is very good at being professional and effective within the treatments time frame. If you like long discussions or chats she is not the for you,but she has a busy schedule so shes fast and to the point.

The reason i will only give three stars is because the person that answers on whatsapp needs to either be trained in customer support or perhaps find another proffesion since they seem disinterrested in helping paying customers or even just be nice. You will get one word answers like “no” to questions you have and be told to “just go on the website” (i have the messages if needed). Furthermore it feels like talking to a bored teenager or some “mean girl”. I defintetly would not have booked here if it wasnt for snezana and the receptionists.

I truly hope that the clinic will read the review and take it into account when bettering their client experience.

DO NOT GO HERE

DO NOT GO HERE! (The clinic in Malmö.)
I had a very disappointing experience at this so called "luxury" treatment facility. I arrived 5 min before my appointment. When I entered I wasn't greeted by any of the ladies in the reception. I went up and waited for them to see me. Without many words exchanged I got a form to fill and was told to wait. A few minutes later, (the girl doing my treatment) called my name. She didn't introduce her self, nor the treatment I was about to have. She seemed extremely unpleasant and rushed, like this was the last place she wanted to be at. She just told me to lay down and started removing my makeup. I have never had a Dermapen treatment done and was expecting some information. While the numbing cream was doing it's thing (I wasn't even told this was numbing cream but concluded it since my face was tingling and feeling numb), the employee was on her phone laughing and walking in and out the room very rushed and loud. After some minutes she just started with the treatment. It was quiet painful but she never asked how I was doing or any kind of communication to inform me of anything at all. When it was done she wiped off the remaining cream and told me that I was done and that I couldn't wear makeup for the rest of the day. I DIDN’T EVEN GET SUNSCREEN on my face before going out and my birthmark has been bleeding. No good by or thank you. I went to the reception and the same lady, that "welcomed" me also took my payment. Again, she just looked at me and said 1200kr and that was it

I just pray to God that the treatment instrument and needles were clean. I will never come to this place again. Stay away and go somewhere else. The service here is beyond crap. You want to feel welcome when you are paying good money for 20 min work. The girl doing the treatment was touching her phone, the door over and over throughout the time i was there and never washed her hands or used alcohol to rinse her hair hands. The hygiene should be number one at a place like this. On top of all this, there was a lamp above me that was blinking and making sounds. It was impossible to relax and feel good. I should have left when I felt that this wasn't right because you should never compromise with your own body and healthy. I went home feeling sad and disapointed because I was looking forward to this. From going in and until i walked out it was a total of 22 min including waiting to pay. Never again.

*** UPDATE ***
After seeing the response from the clinic I try calling this morning. The receptionist tells me that I have to write an e-mail to be able to speak with the boss. I ask her to call me. A few hours I get an e-mail, where the boss asks me why I am disappointed. I write back that if she had read my review she would know. In return she writes how she has talked with the girl doing my treatment and that she can't recognise any of this. When I tell her that this is a lie she tells me "thank you for your feedback". I replay that since she as the face of the clinic is acting like this, it makes perfect sense that the employees and the place has such a bad service and that I will share the bad reviews. She tells me how she has called the police to report that i am threatening her. I tell her that I am a lawyer and that there is no crime in sharing a bad experience. She answers "as if you are a lawyer". To the boss, I have all this on e-mail so let’s be honest and truthful because it can all be proven!

The boss e-mails me that I am no longer welcome at their place, AFTER telling me she has contacted the police, questioning my degree and being extremely unprofessional. Then I tell her ofc I don't want to come back, what does she think? That I want to come back to a place that does this? Using the police to scare me from being honest is atrocious and the boss is a scary lady. I would gladly attach the whole e-mail thread. I mean what respectable boss questions their clients profession after telling them that what they experienced wasn’t true and threatens with police.

When you are a good person it shines from you and you are just hungry for money and it's easy to see on how you have treated me. Saying you won't count this as a bad review isn't for you to say, it's for the customers. It's all good when it's going well but a company shows it's real face when there is something bad.

I have all this on e-mail. She tried to silent me by saying she has reported me to the police for giving a bad review. In her mail she says “threats towards the clinic are reported to the police” AFTER I said I would post the review on Facebook. Wanting to silent me. We have exchanged 14 messages. The first was me asking her to mail me after that I have sent 7 and she has sent 6 e-mails. Now I will be contacting the health care authorities and the ombudsman because this is NOT a place that is safe to visit. You have bad reviews here and a score of 3, I am clearly not the only one with this experience

Hi Ana,
You have now updated and changed your review many times and erased the names as you were told from Trustpilot to do.
This can’t be the purpose with Trustpilot, to personally bully ppl and making a public war.
#
This client were not happy with the service in the clinic which we apologized for her experience and thanked for her feedback, and beside that asked what we can do for her.
To the client:
#1We told you that we are deeply sorry that You didn't feel as You expected at your treatment. And that You are welcome to contact us to speak. Which you did.
#2 Then You are claiming that you are a lawyer and are threatening us to post bad information about the clinic in social media groups, and this after we have asked what we can do for you to make your experience better….
I explained that any threats towards the clinic normally will be reported to the police, and I said “but maybe you didn’t mean to threat”.
No, I did not say that I called the police, I said that the clinic normally reports threats.

#3 After that You are continuing to send Emails and stalking my private social medias to say that ”you never would like to look like me, that I am very ugly and that I’m a bad and horrible person”.

Conclusion:
This is a very low level of discussion with a person who is making up un true stories, it’s very sad.
We cant protect us against someones written words unfortunately, and everyone can have their opinion.
The clinics has a clients base of 40.000 regulary returning ppl and that says all, still we always listen and take feedback, good or bad.

Ana, please just stop sending Emails and stalking us now, Thank You 😊
