I purchased a watch from Luxury Watch Factory after seeing their Instagram promotions, and I feel compelled to share my experience so others don’t fall into the same trap.
1. The buying process initially appeared professional. They called to confirm the order and even sent a video showing the watch.
2. To “confirm” the order, they asked for ₹100, and
3. Offered GPay or COD. I wisely chose Cash on Delivery to avoid being cheated.
4. They insisted I record an unboxing video in case the product needed replacement.
5. I paid ₹100 as an advance confirmation fee and was asked to share the payment screenshot. They promised a five-day delivery and asked me to follow their page in the meantime.
6. I explicitly ordered a Rolex Moon Blue Strap copy, but they sent a completely different model with a defective strap.
7. The moment I received the product, I contacted the same WhatsApp number used during the order.
8. After sending the unboxing video, they tried to convince me that the wrong model was a “premium and more expensive edition.” I refused and demanded the model I originally ordered.
9. They told me to keep the watch ready for pickup.
10. But from the very next day, they stopped replying and never answered calls.
11. Only when I warned them that I would post a public review did they suddenly respond.
12. They then asked me to courier the watch back at my own risk, saying they would dispatch the correct one after receiving it.
13. I requested a fair alternative: send me the correct watch first, and I will return this one to their delivery person.
14. As expected, they ignored this completely and kept repeating, “Send it back first, then we ship yours.” Their behaviour clearly exposes their intentions, despite their claim of being in business since 2015. I was not ready to be cheated again.
15. Their customer representative was shockingly rude. When I asked why calls were not being answered, they replied:
“I’m very busy calling customers, not here to solve post-sales issues… What the hell.”
This was their exact line.
16. I have saved all chat screenshots as proof of their unprofessional behaviour.
17. My sincere advice: If you are planning to buy copy watches from Luxury Watch Factory, please be extremely cautious. Their true attitude appears only after they receive your money.
