Excellent communication
Excellent communication. Website said end of May delivery, ordered early evening on 1st April, received a phone call and message next morning asking if they could deliver between 4-7pm on 3rd April. Delivery company got in touch throughout the day with updates and delivered at 4pm and put the furniture together . Would definitely recommend Luxus, good value furniture, delivery company brilliant. Communication outstanding.

Initial impressions are that the products (table and chairs) are good quality - note that this review is 2 weeks after delivery. One chair was damaged on delivery, but there were no issues with quickly getting a replacement.

A very beautiful table
A very beautiful table, very sturdy too. Good value for the quality.
Excellent customer service and swift and polite delivery. The drivers put the table together for us and took
all rubbish away.
The only extra I would have liked is advice on ongoing maintenance, but I’m sure if I ask the team at Luxus they will provide this information.

Don't buy if you want the chairs to last over 1 year!
I purchased a table and chairs set in June 2024.
Unfortunately one of the chairs fell apart this week.
I contacted Luxus and Danielle of the Customer Care Team ensured that a replacement chair was ordered within an hour!
She was pleasant, responsive and efficient. The sign of a well run company.
Update, 24 June 2026. Two further Hampton chairs have broken. There is clearly a design fault. They are slightly over a year old!
"While we would not normally be able to offer further support beyond the warranty. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer replacement of the two Hampton chairs that you have referred to in your email.
However, we do need to advise that this would be the final assistance we are able to provide in relation to this order, and we would not be able to offer any further replacements or claims going forward."
These chairs were stored inside during the winter and oiled as advised.
This may be a fault with the Hampton chairs, but beware.

Great quality garden furniture.

The table design is very flexible and with stacking chairs and the end benches being used as occasional general seating, it can seat either 4 or up to 10/12 in different table and chair configurations. Very easy to put the table together. Delivery by Costa and Eric was 1st class.

Great customer service and the rectangle 8 seater dining table and chairs is great quality and really good value for money. I am delighted with the set. The only reason I have not given 5 stars as the delivery turned up in the evening after I had waited in all afternoon. The delivery team delivered a good service. I recommend but you may need to be patient with delivery times.
