Purchased 2 jellycats from here, as soon as I got a shipping link from China I knew they were fake. They did eventually arrive and were just the worst looking fakes ever. I’ve tried to email multiple times with no reply so that I could return them, which their website says you can do. To this day I am still waiting for a reply from 3 emails I’ve sent starting on the 17th December 2024. Avoid at all costs!

Money has been taken from my account and no sign of the product.
Tried to go through all the relevant channels regarding a refund or tracking my order . No reply.
This was a Christmas present too.
