Must be a scam website. The email address does not work, the website chat no one responds on it. The product is not luxury at all. Mine came with some random black marks on it and no idea how it will be returned or refunded. Do not use them!! Would give it zero stars

Absolutely awful company, spent nearly £100 and item didn’t fit took 4 weeks for a reply and sent back still won’t answer and never got refund. Please do not order from them

Item arrived after 10 days even after paying for express delivery, so as arrived too late I need to return.... No landline working number & no one replies to any emails! Worst company I've ever dealt with! Bodysuit I received isn't even of good quality for the price.....stay clear of luxxshaper!!

Absolutely disgusting company and service. I want to return 2 items, one which has never been opened and had Absolutely no replies to messages. These are not cheap items. The lack of care is outstanding. Absolutely do NOT order from these people

Complete scam. Not received item and way of contacting them. Listed phone number does not exist and email bounces back. Website needs to be removed to stop them trading.

i bought from this site then read the reviews , was fully expecting to be dissapointed , it arrived within a week and fits good , only slight negative its bit of a different colour , just glad i dont need to send back as customer service seems a nightmare!

No working email address, no working landline telephone number, everytime you call, you’re met with a voicemail, but no one calls you back. I’ve spent a £75 on 3 body suits, it states easy returns but no one from the company is getting back to me. I’ve emailed, no response. Not worth the hassle to order from here, they are dodgy.

This company is a load of shit!!! I have sent 4 emails and the contact number is not available!!! It’s a bloody SCAM DO NOT ORDER ANTYHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered a set of shapeware for a wedding event. I needed it fast so paid for faster delivery (1-3 days). It didn't turn up till the 7th day, £6.99 waisted on delivery. I emailed them asking for a refund on my delivery but yet to have a response. I've called the number on their website a few times but nothing. This company don't seem to want to help their customers. The shapeware is ok but nothing special for the price you pay. Please avoid this company!!

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Their website claims to offer easy returns and customer support, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. I’ve been trying to return two items, yet despite multiple attempts, no one has contacted me by phone or email. The whole experience feels like a complete scam.

Please be warned, DO NOT buy from this website. The phone number listed even sounds like a personal landline. I honestly don’t understand how this business is still operating and getting away with deceiving customers, I have lost £100 for 2 items ! they need to be investigated sooner rather than later!!

Do not buy from this company!!! Paid £99 for two dresses. Only one arrived and the quality was so poor that I couldn’t wear it. Emailed several times and got told they’d look into it. (Heard nothing back from subsequent emails.)

Unfortunately, I waited too long and so I couldn’t claim my money back from the bank.
Never heard back from this company so it was clearly a scam.

Do not use this company. I requested an exchange via email as per their policy and after 4 attempts still no response. I can see from other reviews people having the same problem. Terrible customer service.

Do not buy from this company!!!!! I did the stupid thing and purchased with only reading the website reviews… paid express delivery on an item, guaranteed 1-3 days. Didn’t arrive, gave benefit of doubt because I know post is not always reliable. I contacted company through email, website bots, and rang. No response either time, I was polite. I emailed numerous times and nothing! Phone was a voicemail and no calls returned. I in the end rang my bank who told me that they were set up as a recurring payment!! So good job I checked as the same amount of money was due to go out a week later.. and every week. Absolutely disgusting that they do this to lots of people. AVOID!!!!!!!
