Scam of a company! Do not order from them; Instagram should be ashamed they even allow advertising from such a horrendous company.

Don’t not buy from this brand!! Paid for express shipping and took 7 days to arrive. I ordered elsewhere in the mean time because of such late delivery. I now need to send this back. They don’t reply to emails. You can’t send it back without an email response. They don’t answer the calls. Now what 🤷🏼‍♀️ I have an item not even out of the packaging that I don’t need. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

AVOID!! Do not purchase from this company! I received an order (albeit late) the parcel was in someone else’s name and the completely wrong item and about 5 sizes too big. Clearly sent me someone else’s order. I have tried the phone number which doesn’t work at all, I’ve sent emails and contacted via social media and heard absolutely nothing. Do not waste your time or money!!

Why oh why did I not read these reviews before purchasing! I really thought I had learned this lesson! Same experience as everyone else, emailing them but no response and can't return without emailing them!!! Off to speak to credit card company. Interesting that they aren't replying to anyone on here either!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BRAND
1. Order arrived late
2. I tried the item on when it arrived but it did not work at all in terms of sculpting or shaping.
3. I requested a refund and got an initial response via email, but since then have had no response (have emailed numerous times).
4. I have tried to get in touch with customer support several times and firstly the person I spoke to was incredibly rude, and has since stopped replying.

I cannot emphasise enough how terrible their customer service has been, I hope by writing this, I can at least save one other person wasting their hard earned money. 0/10.

Looking at their instagram all the comments are the same. Steer clear.

awful company to deal with.... Items arrived too late, when they eventually arrived tried to send back. Sent 3 emails and left voice message still no response. Have asked my credit card company to try and retrieve money back on my behalf.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "COMPANY". My item just never arrived. I emailed numerous times, called the number on the website over and over with no answer, I even used their "live" chat Iver and over and...nothing! No reply, no communication whatsoever. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Bought two items for graduation and they refused to acknowledge my emails, calls, messages on live chat, Instagram and TikTok for a refund. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM - STAY AWAY. I’ve taken it up as a scam and fraudulent with my bank so will hopefully get my money back. Is absolutely ridiculous and customer service is crap. Again is a scam stay well away.

The reviews are all true, if you want a refund you do not get it. I ordered a post surgery garment and they took so long to reply to my exchange query I needed a new one from elsewhere .I got ONE message out of the three/four I sent and they only offered me an exchange. I will be calling my bank, because they definitely do not like to give back your money when you have an issue with the garment.

It doesn't even deserve a star, beware everyone . I have ordered since April/ May this Is august and still no sign of item or email

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Brought an item not at all like the description, as per the returns info, had to email to request return for refund. I then received an email advising credit note or exchange I have emailed back requesting REFUND and havnt had a response back?!?! Apparently you can’t send an item back with them confirming it…AVOID AVOID AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY if they don’t respond I will contact my bank and then can liaise with them re my refund

I wish I could give this company 0 stars !!! Please do not buy from them . I made an order of 2 items , 1 was not doing what it's suppose to . I emailed them straight away and only received 1 response after that nothing . They are an awful company . If you are ready to lose money be mu guest !!!

I wish I went on here before I ordered! Delivery was longer than expected so it was too late for when I needed the item. I have tried to contact the company numerous times with no response. I ended up sending the item back, paid £12 delivery for them to send the item back with no response or anything. Awful customer service as it’s non existent! I haven’t even opened the item so I can’t comment on that.

Bit apprehensive about ordering from here after reading reviews but I ordered mine and came just as described and on time! Fits so well and fantastic quality!

They never sent my item, and when I tried to contact them they don't answer their email or pick up the phone. Avoid like the plague!

This seems to be a scamming company in China.
Cheap/fake replica of advertised item, too big, doesn’t really do anything.
We mailed a handful of times, tried chatbot, nothing. Zero customer service & no way to get a return/refund.
SCAMMERS, AVOID

Non existent customer service. Ordered, item arrived with no communication in between, didn’t even try it on as upon opening I could see that it wasn’t as described. The gusset area was supposed to have cross over material to help with easy toileting but was in fact just a massive gaping hole meaning I would need additional underwear & the whole body suit would need removing to go to the loo unless the underwear was worn over the top, not likely to get the seamless look I had hoped for. You have to contact them to arrange a return however I have sent 4 emails & 3 messages on their chat service but they have ignored them all so I’ve had to report a problem to Klarna & hope it can be sorted but I would not recommend them or ever use again.
